I have been in the market for a replacement of my RH sofa that I have been unhappy with since the day it was delivered, and am so happy I discovered this amazing gem! From the minute I stepped in the showroom, the team's professionalism and passion for quality furniture was apparent. The showroom itself is stunning, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the craftsmanship of each piece. I could not be more thrilled with how my sofa turned out and it immediately became the centerpiece of our home, everyone who comes over asks where it's from. Thank you Kreiss!

I standby my initial review. These folks are absolutely incompetent in my opinion, especially the…read moreunpleasant, pompous and pathetic owner Dolores. I took them to court and won, they appealed and I won again. Ultimately they paid the judgement. It's unfortunate it had to end up this way but it was the ONLY way to hold them accountable. These folks tried it all- lie, deny, pretend it didn't happen, make up crazy scenarios. You name it-they tried it. Nothing worked for them. I was a customer that purchased several times, over the years why would I suddenly come up with a story? It was wild, there are many choices in custom furniture. I believe that anyone reading this should find another place. I stand by my opinion. They constantly put signs out of "store closing" maybe it is a sales tactic because the signs disappear periodically. I hope they do permanent close, they don't do right by their clients by any means. I'm so glad I taught them a lesson. Maybe moving forward they will show more respect and appreciation for their customers who are the ones that keep them in business. Dolores should remember that she only has a business because people choose to spend their hard earned money at her store. In my opinion.....RUN FOR THE HILLS from this terrible owner and subpar "custom" furniture store.

I redecorated my office with wallpaper from Walnut. COVID made me do it! My experience was 100%…read moreonline, as I live too far away to visit the Walnut showroom. First off, if you haven't shopped for wallpaper before, be warned: Looking at too many patterns will make your eyes cross! Limit yourself to 20-30 minutes of browsing at a time, otherwise you'll start seeing the designs when you close your eyes to sleep. Beyond that, it's really fun. I worked with a designer to mock up my top choices using design software, because a small sample online could look very different on an entire wall or in a room. Once I saw "the one", I reached out to Walnut and inquired about shipping. They responded within the day and helped me to figure out how much to order, which is actually a lot more complicated than one might expect. Depending on the manufacturer, you could order it by the roll or square foot. It just depends. I also had a really awesome wallpaper install guy based in Boulder (Paperface) who I consulted prior to ordering. Between him and Walnut's team, I bit the bullet and hoped for the best. Wallpaper arrived just about 5-6 weeks after purchasing. It was exactly what I had ordered and there was just enough to cover the wall I wanted done. There's about a 6"x 2' scrap leftover in case there are any patches that need to be done. I love the design and it was the perfect addition to my hip, cool workspace. UPDATE: There were communication problems and a resistance to solving my problem that ONE employee…read moretook upon themselves to resist. But when LUIS, one of the family owners, got word and took over... I could not be happier with the outcome. As a business owner I KNOW beyond ALL DOUBT that you CANNOT have a flawless experience every time NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WANT IT. The truth of a great business is HOW you handle the bad experiences and make good on your commitment. Not everyone can be made happy but the important part is that you know you did what was right. They DID WHAT WAS RIGHT and THEN SOME MORE and for that they get all the respect and appreciation I can share with another business owner. Short version of the long story IF you are still reading. They sent me a GLORIOUS art piece for my office. It ended up TOO BIG to get down the hall despite all my planning (entirely my fault) so I had to hire a contractor to take a window out, get it through the window and reinstall. That took weeks after delivery. BUT a few weeks later I am sitting on my couch and my friend declares "shit, it's already torn!". Not quite right, it had an unseen seam, hidden in the pleat. Every time you sat on it, it spread and showed the batting. For WEEKS I fought with staff about it being addressed. They offered solutions then retracted them as not being achievable. Each time we discussed one thing the employee ghosted me for weeks. When the owner took over, he accepted no excuses, owned the problem and dealt with the employee. Then he arranges to ENTIRELY REMAKE the couch to an EVEN BETTER OUTCOME (and I am sure at some significant expense). I had to hire a contractor again to get the old one out (my expense agreeably because THAT was my error not theirs), but he covered all the return shipping, REDESIGNED the entire couch to better specs both for my own staure (made it a bit shorter and a bit less deep, NOT and easy redesign for a mid-century piece like this), made the fusion removable to ensure heirloom longevity and the ability to reupholster in the future, gave me a batting/fill upgrade, changed out the leather to an upgrade, AND stayed on top of communication with me the whole time. 100% satisfied and then some. Many thanks guys. In terms of spending money with a company... I would do it again for sure when I am ready.

I purchased furniture from Valyou Furniture for three different properties with total orders…read moreexceeding 25000 dollars. The purchases included over ten beds sofas two dining tables and additional home accessories. The website looks great the designs are nice and prices are always presented as discounted. However the actual quality of the products is average at best and in some cases below average. Within less than two years two Charm beds completely collapsed to the floor. One dining table broke. The sofas while still looking fine visually lost all structural support and now sink badly. I recently contacted the company for help because several beds literally broke. To my surprise Valyou Furniture refused to help stating that their warranty is only one year and my purchase was just two months outside the warranty period so they would not offer any support. A piece of furniture meant for daily use especially at this price point offering only a one year warranty raises serious questions. What does that say about the companys confidence in its own products. Very disappointing experience. Nice design but poor durability and disappointing customer service.
