My wife and I purchased a 2018 Huracan Performante about 10 days ago from this dealership in Miami. The vehicle has been paid for in full immediately with a wire transfer. We received the car, but the title clerk has yet to send us the required documents needed to register the vehicle even though I've been following up almost daily. We are unable to register or drive it due to this laziness. Further, although some minor damage was disclosed prior to the purchase, we weren't notified about the crack in the bumper. Paintwork is needed. It's sad and frustrating. read more

Visited the dealership looking for a new lease. Due to the car shortage, dealerships barely have inventory. Luckily, I inquired about a vehicle they had available and I was even offered to make a deposit so the they could hold the car if I couldn't make it today. The dealership was clean and staff were polite. Alfredo B assisted me and got me an amazing deal!! He was transparent throughout the entire deal. Miami needs more sales associates like him. I have had a BMW for about 12 years now and it's been a lease. Braman Miami Service department has really gone down. Called to make an appointment and they made it at a time where they say that they're going to provide me with a rental car. I have an email confirming that I'm going to receive a rental car. I get there they tell me that they don't have any more cars I'm sorry, I spoke to the manager I had to prove to her that I received an email confirming that I had a rental car... everyone is chattering having coffee. Finally I get a last minute car that is not a BMW and long story short I had to pull over and clean it because it was nasty in the inside and it smelled horrible, The steering wheel was sticky. This is no longer a luxury experience so honestly this is the last time I lease a BMW thanks to my experience. read more

Very dissapointed is the second time they send us an email saying that they have the car we want to buy, description , bin number everything. We came the same day we received the email and when we got there they told us that those cars are not available. This was a scam . Do not go if you think that they have cars. Got a Hyundai Kona this week. My favorite part was that my dealer Luis Varada was very transparent about pricing right from when I called inquiring about cars. Most dealerships and dealers give you the run around to try to score more money but Luis was honest and such a nice guy and it helped that he's a fellow NYer who helped me get situated in Miami. read more

Paulo responded very quickly and respectfully to me when helping me purchase my first car. I appreciated that he was patient with the process, and once the car was purchased, was immediately available to help when I was still getting used to the car or it had any problems. He was kind to me and my dad throughout this whole process, and I really appreciate that. I bought a BMW M3CS from Braman in November 2021 for $78,000. The car was overpriced $9,000. Despite the overpricing, I bought the car to get out of a 2020 M4 lease as the car had been in service at Braman and suffered "electrical issues". They wouldn't let me back out of the lease unless I bought the car. When making the lease, I was told they would take care of the service , brakes etc which it needed at the time. When in dia ace, I said no to GAP insurance which the finance guy included and said nothing about and came to realize after he had sneaked this in. Fast forward 2 months I didn't have time to bring the car as I was busy and when I brought the car the dealership immediately denied the claim saying they never said they would take care of the service etc. They ended up doing a simple oil change and left me with the $3,000+ in work to be. Place is a joke for business and check the prices before shopping!! Make sure you get everything they say written down and almost signed by the owner!!! read more

We wanted to buy a new 2022 Cadillac Escalade and trade our 2019 Escalade. First they tried to sell us a used Escalade. Really? Then they wasted our time checking to see what price they could sell us a 2022 for. They had one exactly like we wanted on their lot. After hours of rambling by the pompous ass salesman, we were quoted a price of $55,000 ABOVE MSRP. Also they low balled the trade on price of our Escalade. Salesman made several idiotic comments like he sold one to an NBA player, and the Cubans will pay anything for one as they are impulse buyers. Also we should come back if we win the lottery. For the last 3 years I'd been driving an awful car and really missed my old BMW. Sadly each time I asked around other dealerships in Miami I kept hearing that all SUVs were out of stock due to the high demand. Thanks to Adam Chizner at Braman he made sure I got my dream car! After 3 long years I can finally drive my beautiful white X3 BMW all thanks to Adam! He made sure I got to test drive a few options and helped me get a car that had all the bells and whistles I needed. I drive 45+ mins each way to work every day so getting the right car was high on my priority list. 12/10 stars for Adam! read more

If it was possible to give less than one star I would, I purchased a vehicle from Braman on December 18 of 2022 it is now April 17 2023 and I still have not received my tag and the lender has not received the title yet. I have constantly been emailing and asking questions about why this is taking so long but just get no help from anyone. The customer service is horrible I have been issued 5 temporary tags and every one of them shows up days after the current one has expired. I spend days not being able to drive the car and the management is no help at all. I have not been contacted by anyone from the dealership or offered any type of apology for the inconvenience caused by their lack of assistance. How this dealership is still in business is beyond my comprehension. I should have done more research and read the reviews from the Better Business Bureau before purchasing the vehicle. I would never recommend anyone buying from them for any reason. read more

Customer service has considerably declined since I leased my first mini over ten years ago. A couple of weeks ago I called to check on my maintenance schedule and was told that I wasn't due but to go ahead and bring it in. I scheduled an appointment and showed up at my scheduled time. The service advisor Fernando Ramos checked my vehicle schedule and said I wasn't due until November. I tried to explain that I was told to bring it in and his response was: be happy that you don't have to wait around for three hours. Not only was that remark unprofessional, but it's also a lack of respect for someone's time. Most people have better things to do than to block off time to get their car serviced and to be turned away after you're already there. At the very least, they should have called ahead of time to re-schedule if they were backed-up. read more

THE WORST!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. For a second time in three years I tried to get a new Genesis from Braman. Lie after lie and lame excuses. This time by Luis Hinestrosa and Juana Cruz. They quote you a low payment, when you agree and are ready to get the car, you get an apology for a mistake made and price goes up $100/m, then the car was just sold, then Genesis no longer has the discounts (which are still showing at genesis.com until 1/7/2020, and so on. All this in a period of just 5 days! Went back to Lehman Genesis. Just like the first time, they honored their numbers, getting the car was a breeze. Let me start with this; how on earth does Branan have 5 stars as reviews on their website? I brought my BMW e46 M3 in for a diagnostic as my smg transmission did not want to shift. Their service department (Aaron Vasquez),who has zero technical knowledge about anything with four wheels, informed me that the initial repair bill would be around $4.000,- but could possibly be more as they went along. He did receive all service records for work done by another BMW stealership which showed that the complete smg system had been replaced 1 year prior. I took the car back after paying $400.00 for their pleasure of 'Diagnosing' the issue only to receive a video afterwards of them inspecting the vehicle and one employee making derogatory comments about me taking back the car and not letting them do the 'repairs'. I took the car back to my workshop and decided to investigate myself. Shockingly I discovered that the previous BMW Stealership in Minnetonka had failed to properly instal the retaining spring for the pin that connects the shift rod to the transmission rod so the pin could fall out and disconnect the coupling bushing. That was all it was. I reconnected (properly this time) and the car shifts like a dream. BMW BRAMAN Stealership wanted to rip me off for $4,000.- and most likely more if I had given them the opportunity by their ' professional' mechanics. Braman dealership is an incompetent and dishonest dealership trying to literally steal from hard working people. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ANY COST!!! They WILL take you to the cleaners financially making up imaginary required repairs! read more

After buying a beautiful car from this dealership - I cannot speak on how disappointed I am with the dealership as a whole. After leaving the dealership I realized one of the keys was not functioning. I took it to Land Rover and was told this key was never programmed and was essentially just a spare key, I paid for the key to be re-programmed. The car also smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, I had to pay to have the cabin filters changed, they were literally black when Land Rover removed them and had NEVER been changed. The breaks on my car also began squeaking and making noises. After returning to Braman to at least re-coup some of the costs for the key they gave me that did not work, they essentially told me to screw off. They wouldn't even cover the cost to re-program a key they presented as one of my car keys. It really says a LOT when a dealership isn't willing to even admit fault or take responsibility for a car they let leave their lot in less than ideal condition. Not only will I never go back, I was LUCKY that these were the only issues I had. I would stay far far away from this place. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a joke. Two years ago they were supposed to sign us up for Platinum warranty on the car we bought and they signed us up for Bronze instead. The girl said she corrected it and only now I found out we are still registered as Bronze even though we've been paying for Platinum for 2+ years and getting service done at the Bronze level only so probably paying way more than we should've over the past years. Now I have a major repair needed (on an only 5 year old BMW? very suspicous) and the Bronze warranty doesn't cover it. Ricardo Plaza, Finance Director, was suppose to correct this warranty error immediately on Tuesday and it is STILL not changed. Meanwhile I have no car and they have not even APOLOGIZED or offered me loaner when all of this is their mistake. Do not go here, do not buy a car here, do not even bother trying to contact them for any follow-up customer service as this place is a joke. They pass you around on the phone for hours and pretend people are in meetings or "out for the day" so that they don't have to help you. BEWARE! read more
