I have bought 5 of my 6 BMW's through Braman and today makes me realize that I will continue to stick with the BMW brand. Monday my car, I thought, was done. I was worried about the cost to fix it and my transportation for the next few days, into the future. With an hour to spare to closing time, Braman got me into a loaner. The next day the tow company picked up and delivered my car to Braman Jupiter, where they got right to work. Today (Wednesday) I got the car that my car was done and I was so fortunate that everything was covered! I will definitely continue to go back to Braman/BMW.

I am 57 years old, so I have purchased or leased many vehicles for me and family members over the years. Braman BWM Jupiter is where we have purchased or leased our last few vehicles and I highly recommend. Every step of the way was as easy and professional as possible. The sales, team, the finance team, the dealership management all get an A+.

After years of purchasing CPO BMW's I made my first new-vehicle purchase, a 2023 230i, right from the showroom floor. I was in for service with my vehicle nearing the end of the warranty period, and was not particularly in the market, but the sales experience compelled me (fortunately) into a brilliant buy. Nick is phenomenally knowledgeable and experienced, delving into the nuances of this spec, and all of the model year and trim idiosyncrasies. He was absurdly transparent and fair with pricing and trade value, working with the service team to make the evaluation seamless. He took the time to compare the vehicle to both new and other CPO options and provided a long-term look at ownership benefits, making a very compelling argument towards the plunge into a new, no-miles car with a full warranty and multi-year maintenance inclusion. I have met Craig on multiple occasions, and he was always polite, excited, and helpful. A phenomenal example of a low-pressure salesman who knows the vehicles, knows the market, and is personally invested in the experience. Nothing but confidence in working with this gentleman. Reading other reviews -- specifically those pertaining to the service department -- I can't help but agree with some, as I've been in similar predicaments. I must say that my experience greatly improved since working with Mr. Bowman as a service writer. He has helped me through some particularly tedious circumstances and has my strong recommendation for local owners.

A bunch of lemons. Don't even trust their "certified pre-owned". Get ready to empty your pockets if you purchase a car here. Go elsewhere!!

I called Wednesday January 14th to ask about when I got drop my Porsche off as it was leaking oil. The receptionist told me to bring it in Friday morning and they would look at it that day and let me know about repairs needed. I arranged a rental car and dropped my car off Friday morning at 8:45a . Did not hear from them at all Friday, so called Saturday. My car still hadn't been looked at so I was told to call Monday. I called Monday at noon and was told someone would call me back. I finally got a call back at 4pm Monday asking if I had recently gotten an oil change, which I said I had. The mechanic informed me the oil plug wasn't sealed correctly and asked me to take it back to whoever did the oil change. He also let me know there were other leaks in the engine and I needed new engine mounts. When I asked for the estimate for the above, he told me I wouldn't want to pay that much and I repeated that I'd like an estimate. He then told me it was too big of a job for him to take on during season. My boyfriend had to ask him twice more to just fix the oil plug for me and change the oil again. We finally picked the car up Tuesday afternoon and he still had to replace an oil stopper stick that I was apparently missing. This was the first time this part had been brought up, but fine. The oil change sensor was never reset and my car was lower on oil than when I brought it in so I still had to take it elsewhere to add oil. The mechanic recommended I take it to another person he knew who worked on Porsche's out of his house and I said absolutely not. Overall this was an absolute waste of money for my car to be there Friday am to Tuesday pm, be out money for a rental car I wouldn't have needed if proper communication was present, and still have to beg for a minor fix. I should have taken it to the dealership in the first place and put my money towards actual repairs instead of a wasted rental car and a lazy mechanic who didn't want to do any work on my car.

I was not kept informed about the progress of my vehicle, and every time I reached out, I either received vague answers or no response at all. On top of that, they took my 17 year old son to Enterprise Rental to get a rental because they could not finish the work which according to the manager was only going to take 30 minutes. This after we had our car there for 3 weeks and was delivered at our home in a rush and none of the parts were put back together . The front light was not working that's is the reason why we had to return it . We have waited another week to get a call that the parts were in . Something that according to them was only going to take a few minutes has taken today 3 hours and it won't even be completed. The quality of the work done was unacceptable. The job was clearly rushed and not completed to a professional standard, which is very frustrating considering the time and money involved. Good customer service includes honesty, clear updates, and delivering quality work--none of which I experienced here. He told us the tiny ding we had would probably take only 2-3 days, but throughout the 8 days he had our car, he was repeatedly dishonest about status and projections and demonstrated no sense of urgency or sensitivity to our plight. The car sat idle with no one working on it several times throughout the process while we were being told otherwise. The final insult, however, was that the work was substandard, as the fit between major parts looked sloppy and amateurish, but we will not ask them to fix it, as we do not trust them with our car. By the way, Justin never apologized for anything at any time throughout the process.
