Dear Yelpers, Please avoid this dealer. We went in to check on a vehicle they had posted online. They had not sold it and were willing to sell to us until we asked them to negotiate. Immediate after they tried to see if we would take it based on their current listing. When we did not back down on requesting their best price, they pulled the vehicle from their sales pile. They were also trying to sell it for 3k more than its value so watch out for the over priced selection on this lot. I would rate them a 0 if I could for their bait and switch. Very disappointed with the service at Braman BMW Jupiter. When I made my appointment for a recall on my car, they said it would take an hour. Upon arrival they told me the car was need overnight. Rather than giving me the standard loaner of a BMW, they rented an Enterprise car and tried to sell me insurance for $25. Usually a loaner is just given to you with no mention of insurance.... Upon returning to get my car..noone told me if the work was actually done. And I was directed to go pick up my car in the lot in front of the building. After receiving the key I realized they had removed the ring that I had attached in order to hang on a hook at home.....why??? Poor customer skills.... read more

What a great buying experience! Had the car I wanted to look at sitting outside ready for a test drive when I arrived. Zero pressure from the sales person (Eddie), he really was there to be helpful and not pushy. They offered a very competitive price, I negotiated the amount of the dealer fee off - the negotiations were done in less than ten minutes. They came up with good financing, too. And on top of that - I wasn't trading in my old car, and live over an hour away. I was going to arrange for someone to drive me up the next day to get my new car, they said "you should be driving home in your new car!" And offered to have my old car delivered to my house on a flatbed truck later that week, for free. None of that dragging it out for hours that I went through on my last new vehicle purchase. Just wow, all the way around. This is how you run a business: give a good price, great customer service, you get loyal customers like me who will tell other people about it. Let me tell you, dealerships for luxury cars are often the worst to deal with - much worse customer service than you get at dealerships for less expensive cars. The most perfect car buying experience I've ever had. Nikki was helpful and informative at 9:01 on Saturday morning when I confirmed the car is available and set up the test drive. When we arrived Lisa (Sales Manager) was prompt and welcoming and Eddie took great care of us explaining the car and our test drive was so much fun! Eddie and Lisa knew I was serious and treated me with great professionalism. The negotiation process was efficient and stress free, they got me to where I needed to be on price, including a trade in my classic 2002 540i! Eddie then went over the top to ensure my CPO 2015 428i was detailed so well she looks like a brand new car! George was quick, friendly and efficient with the financing. Everyone in the dealership seemed very friendly and it was well worth the two hour drive North. Went in to have my car serviced and was given the runaround about a loaner vehicle. They were trying to tell me because I have progressive insurance I couldn't get a BMW loaner therefore I had to have a enterprise vehicle that smelled like cigarette smoke and had tons of scratches on it. This is the treatment I get from a luxury car dealership where I have purchased two cars from in the past year. I was treated rudely and the staff was extremely disrespectful . In reading other reviews they say they provide a world class experience . I am horrified at the way that I was treated and disgusted with the loaner vehicle they were trying to give me . They gave me a rental car -(with a deposit of $159 guaranteed to be returned when rental is returned) a Chevy impala- no where near what my car is. 3 weeks later my car was done. Not only did did they sucker me into a 2018 X1 for less $ a month than my Cadillac, they found an M3 for my husband and had it brought from a different lot before we could even finish signing off on mine. If you're on a diet AND you don't want a BMW, then STAY AWAY! They gave us burgers, hotdogs, brownies, and drinks while we waited. We left there so fat and happy, we didn't know what to do with ourselves. Definitely not the place for you if you hate food and don't appreciate German engineering. I brought my car into BMW for a recall repair in November 2018. My service tech, Andy, calls me later in the day, tells me I need approx. $2,100 worth of repairs, oil change, gasket, power steering yada yada yada. I politely asked him to have my car ready the I would pick up. Please understand that I use my vehicle every day for work, and take exceptional care in the maintenance, cleaning, tires, etc. When I took my car to my own BMW mechanic - low and behold, BMW had left the engine cover on top of the engine without the nuts! Also a huge bolt was missing altogether from the power steering mechanism! As a result oil shot up all over the inside of my hood, causing odor, smoke and all my sensors to go off. Needless to say my mechanic fixed everything in 1/2 a day and charged me $310! I will never ever go to the BMW dealer in Jupiter EVER AGAIN. I do not recommend that you trust anyone in the service dept when they tell you that you have an expensive (unexpected) repair. Especially if you are a woman. read more

Although I was purchasing a vehicle in a difficult time (the pandemic), the dealership went out of their way to accommodate me. I was able to negotiate both the purchase and my trade in by text. This is highly unusual for most dealerships who seem to want to trap you in their showroom before serious negotiations begin. Both the manager, Nick Patel and salesperson, Sean Kearney were pleasant and professional. I purchase a Certified Preowned (CPO) 650i Convertible from Braman BMW Jupiter in April, 2016, and it has been the worst car experience I have ever had since then. The roof leaked in the first few months and it took them 3 different times in their service department to fix it, which means each time it rained, the interior of my car got wet, and I would have to go back to get it fixed. The car has been in for service 7 times for the a drivetrain malfunction problem. Not one person at Braman has offered me any option, other than to keep bringing it back. 7 times for the same problem, and I told them I would consider getting another car from them, but not one offer. Service is fine since it's under warranty but they are relentless at pushing extra costs. When you go online their reservation system is broken and if you chat they steal your name an contact information and BMW doesn't even know you tried to contact them. When you fill out the service form they list all the over-priced services like the 100 tire rotation. I got a flat tire. They suggested I change another tire. So I pre-warned my wife who had been burnt already on the tire rotation not to get rotation or alignment since you can get a life-time alignment at Tires-plus or elsewhere for the same price. And they rotate tires free. Well they slapped on 100 for mounting and balancing which is outrageous. Then 100 for rotation and 150 for front end alignment (350). I called and specifically said NO alignment and NO rotation. I got a call back saying they would include the rotation for free. 200 for mounting and rotating 2 tires is ridiculous. Well guess what. They went ahead and did the alignment despite repeating them NO ALIGNMENT many times. I remember on a previous service they used the scared tactic that only alignments done a BMW are good and if they're done else-where the tire un-aligns itself at startup??? The good thing is that they provided a courtesy car which is probably worth 50 bucks. So they tried to charge me 350 to mount and balance 2 tires (in addition to the 600 for the tires). I was willing to accept 100 for mount and balance only but they forced me to get an alignment and pay 250. I could have fought it but it's hard since they did the service. Walked out of there for around 700 for 2 tires (they took off 100) I don't care if their mechanics where white work clothes or not. Next time I'm going to a tire place or Sears. Not going to pay for their building upgrades and Capuccino machine in the waiting room. They provide a lot of eye candy but the services are all over-priced and potentially not necessary. read more

Do not service your car at Braman! I took my 3 year old car in for service and they detailed the car. Sounds great, right? Except a few days later I noticed that my 1 year old floor mats were not in my car. Someone's nasty old car mats were in my car and my newer ones were gone. When I went in to allow them the opportunity to fix the problem they basically told me I was crazy and that those were my mats. They claim that they never take the mats out of the car when they vacuum. The velcro discs that hold the mats in place were missing too. These people are crooks, stay away. read more

Goodbye old car, hello new used 528i, all thanks to the great customer service and help I received from both Jupiter and West Palm Braman. The search for my first bmw began at WPB Braman, where I went with several friends to view and sample the ample inventory of certified pre-owned vehicles. As we were walking outside looking, a sales associate named Sean came outside to see if we needed help or wanted to test drive, and we said yes to both. He was friendly, personable and definitely helped me narrow down my search in terms of what I was looking for in the new car. Although I didn't end up buying the car I liked there that had great miles and a good price tag, he still provided us with a great car shopping experience which lead me to continue looking at Jupiter Braman. They had the model I was looking for (528i, certified pre owned, under 30k miles) and were very reasonable negotiators when the time came to talk turkey. We were mostly interacting with Paul but we also negotiated with Nick, the manager, and we ended up making a fair, mutual agreement for the price. Nick did especially well by raising his original offer of my trade in which was a tad too low by my mind, after we viewed the KBB fair value online. At the end of the day I walked out with a price I thought was reasonable and a car that I'm deeply in love with, thanks to Braman for the great service and attention! read more

This is simply the worst service department I have ever experienced. I have tried many times to use them as I have free routine service for the first 100k miles. I would rather pay and have someone honest take care of my car. These people do nothing but try to upsell and scam. Today as I sit here 40 minutes after they told me my car would be ready and still waiting and being told I need $6000 worth of work on a problem that their other location already "fixed." Went to buy a car on Sunday 12/13/2015. I was told it would take a day to detail the car (Put new rims on, new tires, and take out a small ding) They gave me a rental and then said it will take 1,2,3 days for your car to be ready. It is now Friday 12/18/2015 and still no car. I never heard of a certified pre owned car taking this long to get ready. It is quite frustrating knowing I am paying 5 days of car payments for not having the car that I have purchased. Also, I continue to get my hopes up of getting my car, but keep getting told it will take another day or two. For a dealership that doesn't have much traffic day in and day out I would think their main objective is to keep their clients happy and take care of everything as soon as possible. I wish I could give this review a zero. NEVER have we had worse service in our lives. We took the car in because the drivers side window would not come up. The service agent said they think it is the motor and the part was in Jacksonville, but since it was a Friday it would not be ready until Tuesday. I said I would bring the car back and he said I had to leave it there. Every day I got a text saying they had no updates and when I questioned if the part was in he said the shop was backed up. On Thursday my husband called to say that we were going to come and pick up the car. The advisor said they just put it in the shop and would work on it first thing on Friday. He said he would be off but he would have another advisor call us by Friday at noon. No call. We kept calling and leaving messages. Finally at 4pm they called me and said they were returning my call. I said I want an update on my car. It had been there 8 days now. This fill in advisor said that he checked and the part would be in next Monday or Tuesday. So - we were lied to repeatedly. We picked the car up on Friday at 6pm. No apologies for what they put us through and we've lost 8 days. We have an appointment on Monday with Coggin. They even offered us a loaner car instead of an Uber ride home. We are new BMW owners and will never recommend Braman for service or purchasing. read more

Beware of service advisor :Joe Spadafora took my car in for Oil change he said I needed a brake flush for $275 and spark plugs for $825. I put my fiance on the phone , turns out the break down of such service is $15 for brake fluid and $250 for labor???? Are you serious?? So obviously my fiance said no thanks. I returned to the dealer later that day to find out I owe $492....what is going on? He said your fiance never told me not to do it and even if he did he isn't the car owner so that would have to come from you. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I think not. We then called Angie the parts manager who was very helpful, understanding and said she would look into it. Upon looking into the situation I found out that he charged me for 2 oil changes and the brake flush. WOW so he never provided a detailed receipt so that I could see I was charged for 2 oil changes how unethical and pretty shady business practice by such individual.As Mom says if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all, she never mentioned not to leave a google review. I just want other people to be aware because no one would have caught that if we didn't call the manager because of course there was not 2 oil change charges listed on the bill go figure JOE! read more
