Normally I do my own repair work, but this time when my truck shuddered under braking, I decided to take it to the Brakes Plus at Hess and Parker. I asked them to change the front pads and turn the rotors. The service manager came back after inspecting my truck and informed me that my rear rotors were close to being below spec on thickness and my front ones were definately below and couldn't be turned. I okayed work on the front. I drove away, and within 5 miles felt the familiar brake shudder again. I took the truck back to the store a few weeks later and even though the service manager said that the back rotors were probably warped and needed to be replaced they offered to change the front rotors and pads to make me happy. I drove away after the work was done, happy with myself until I applied the brakes on the highway. It still shuddered! They must've put the same rotors back on! I went to several other mechanics who verified it must be the front rotors as the back ones never warp. Some months passed and I finally broke down and purchased 4 new rotors and pads which I would install myself. I did the front first, took it for a test drive and guess what? Still shuddered! Damn! How could I be wrong? I replaced the rear rotors, went on a test drive and lo and behold...no shuddering! I might be able to do the work but I can't diagnose the problem. Sorry for doubting you. read more

I can't say enough about staff's expertise, support, and services! They've serviced my vehicle for 7 years...everything from alignments, struts, brakes to replacing the windshield wiper motor. When I sense something needs attention on my vehicle or when I'm going on a trip, they are my "go to" shop for inspection, advice, and repairs. If I'm not able to have all of the work done at one time, they'll prioritize services so the most serious are addressed first. After my last set of tires from Discount Tires, Brakes Plus staff test drove my car and advised me to go back to DT to have my rims checked. While it was uncomfortable for me, I took it back and sure enough, one of the rims was bent. I've tried other Brakes Plus locations occasionally, but it's definitely worth my time to drive a few extra miles to this shop! read more

Amazing Service - Trenton Trenton at Brakes Plus Parker - Crown Point deserves a thousand stars! I have to share how fantastic he is and what an impact he had on me. Trenton is incredibly knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile to connect with his customers. It feels great to talk to someone who treats you like a real person, not just a customer. He truly listens to your needs, instead of simply telling you what you need. I've had some not-so-great experiences in the past, but my time with Trenton has given me a lot of confidence in my local Brakes Plus. If I continue to receive the kind of service he provided, I know I'll be a lifelong customer. Thank you for making that effort, Trenton. It's a quality I highly value. - Adela and Betsy read more

Having lived in Parker for 15 plus years, I never ventured away from my regular mechanic until I was told I needed brake service at a higher rate than I wanted to pay. I researched several places and settled on Brakes Plus for a second opinion. The staff was very attentive. Rory N., General Manager, sat down with me and explained all of my options, discounts that he could apply with the coupons I brought, warranties and required service time. I was impressed not only with the quality of their work, but also with Rory's communication and updates. They also finished on time! I highly recommend Brakes Plus as a go to for your car's service needs. I definitely plan on returning. Thank you! read more

Took my Ford explorer here for the first time. I had such an awesome experience that this will be where I bring my car fore every service. I arrived 30 minutes early to my scheduled time and asked if I could just leave it so I could go to lunch with my husband. I was informed that they may not be able to get to it early, but they would have it done by the time I selected when scheduling the appointment. About 20 minutes later I received a phone call telling me my car was done! Not only were they very fast they made sure to look online and they gave me the best coupon they had at the time. I highly recommend this Breaks Plus. read more

Can't say enough great things about this place. Ryan the GM and the entire team always go above and beyond in their level of service, always answer my questions, and honest in what they are capable of and when I need to go somewhere else. On numerous occasions, they have accommodated me in last minute situations, including driving me to work and dropping off my car when it was done, completing services at no charge in hopes of figuring out the problem, and assisting me in accommodating tow and rental services. I won't take my car anywhere else, thanks guys! read more

Brakes Plus in Parker on Keystone Blvd... They went above and beyond!! This was my first time visiting this company and I will go back every time now. I called earlier in the day and arrived a few hours later, I didn't have an appointment and was seen quickly. Tyler, Rachel, and Adam were Awesome, to include the courtesy vehicle being available was a HUGE help as my wife's vehicle was being worked on and she had to go to work soon. Thank you, Tyler, for having an Awesome team and being very easy to talk with as I was at your shop! read more

Once again, awesome service! These guys are the best! I brought my daughters car in and Ryan, the GM told me if I was to fix the immediate problem it would cost me approximately $1600. He went on to say that fixing that issue may not fully resolve a possible bigger issue. He was honest enough with me to suggest I go to a body shop where they are more equipped to diagnose any bigger issues. Now that is customer service! Ryan is a standup guy with true integrity. I will only come to this brakes plus for all my car issues! read more

I had a squeaky brake and needed a oil change. Went in, got the brakes checked and oil changed with little time to wait. Got a quote for brake replacement and came back a couple days later, dropped off my car and went to work. Got a call not long after saying everything went great and my car was able to be picked up whenever I was ready. Quick service from time I walked in and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to explain to me the things I did not know makes me give this place a 5-star rating. read more

I haven't had the greatest experience with Brake Plus in the past but these guys (especially Juan) really redeemed their reputation as the best one stop shop. Everyone was awesome, from the interactions between customers and mechanics I heard in the lobby to Juan meeting me in the parking lot and getting my Bug in right away to fix a mostly cosmetic problem with my car. My experience was great, I will definitely be back! read more

This is the second time we've been in and the service is awesome. Ryan was great. My sons car was making a funny noise and instead of telling us it needs all this work done. They were honest and said it's just struts and shocks. I feel like they're honest which it's hard to feel that way with a mechanic shop unless of course you know about cars. We will be returning for any of our car needs. I highly recommend them. read more

Exactly what I needed. Nothing less, nothing more. I've had control arms done, brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, and oil changes and I've always been pleased with the quality of the work done. I suspect the experiences mentioned in these reviews (good or bad) has a lot to do with whomever is helping you. I specifically ask for Jeremiah because I feel like I can trust his recommendations. You should too. read more

Juan Camacho, your Service Advisor at the Brakes Plus on Hess Road in Parker, did a Great job handling the repairs on my 2001 Tundra today. He walked me thru what needed to be done and was very professional. Both the atmosphere in the front end of this Brakes Plus, and in the bays in the back were friendly and comfortable. Nice Guys! I would definitely recommend this location to friends and neighbors. Karen D. read more

We've been going to this Brakes Plus location for a couple of years now. Juan has always been great; and the whole team professional. We have had our subaru's brakes repaired and all of our oil changes through them. The service has been excellent...they get our car in and out of there in a timely manner and we have never had any issues. They are the only place I trust with our car! read more

My battery happened to die in front of Brakes Plus, I had my baby and my dog with me! Juan jumped in and helped me right away. He was so nice about letting me bring my dog into the office! He even went out of his way to replace my air filter and help me with my under carriage. Great customer service and very friendly!! I will be returning again, thank you Juan! read more

My husband and I take our cars here every time we possibly can. Over the last few years they have replaced the wheel bearings, shocks and struts, tie rod, and rack and pinion in our aging Honda Pilot. Everything is running great! These guys are honest, trustworthy, and very fairly priced. I only wish I had found them sooner. Thanks Jesse and Ryan! read more

Super easy online signup for an appointment, with an almost immediate call to confirm the appointment with me. They were very honest in the car's assessment for a brake job (telling me to hold off on some unnecessary repairs at this time), and then fixing just what was needed and fixing it well. Will go back for maintenance and future repairs! read more

These guys were great. Juan worked with my mother in law in my stead and made her feel very comfortable. He also was able to be flexible enough to wait until I was available at work to cover all the work that needed to be done. You just never know when taking your car to a mechanic but these guys were pros. Definitely will go back. Thanks! read more

These guys are the best and wouldn't go to any other place. I called on Friday and got an appt. for first thing this morning for an oil change. Finished in 30 mins and didn't even have to show my coupon because he applied it when I checked out. Place is always clean and guys are friendly. Thanks again and see you on my next oil change. read more
