After calling for weeks and getting the run around, my father went up to the 84th L location where the truck was still sitting outside which they had told me it was going to be towed to another location (65th L) where they have been working out of due to storm. The next day they magically contacted me and said my ignition module and ABS module were bad. Not once after they did the diagnostics to determine those modules were bad did they bring up the brake booster, which would've showed when they hooked the vehicle to the computer to determine the modules were bad!. Had a prior diagnostic done from the Jeep dealership which the brake booster did not show up as needing to be replaced, only showed lost communication to a module. Took about two weeks to repair. Paid $2500, when I picked up my vehicle all these lights were on my dash which wasn't on there when I dropped my truck off. Brake light, Airbag, and mile odometer was flashing. They advised when I picked up my vehicle that something was wrong with my brake booster, which is connected to the ABS module they said they had to replace. I requested to see the old modules to ensure they were replaced and they were not provided. Prior to this they told me they were having a hard time programming the ABS module. I still reiterated that the lights on my dash were not there when I towed the vehicle to them. They advised for additional $1200 they can repair the brake booster that they damaged.

Thankfully, they also had a garage large enough for our Sprinter (also rare in our experience). After paying $200 for their diagnostic, I was handed a 10-page report filled with recommended repairs--but somehow it still didn't tell me why my truck wasn't going into 4WD. Now they want to charge me another $175 an hour just to continue diagnosing the 4WD system. Seriously? I brought the truck in because the 4WD wasn't working, paid $200 for a diagnosis, and left without an answer to the problem I originally brought it in for. To make matters worse, they charged me $25 for a couple gallons of gas because the fuel level was low. I understand gas costs money, but charging $25 for a couple gallons on top of everything else just adds to the feeling that they are looking for every possible way to add another charge to the bill. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It feels like Jensen Tire 2.0--nickel-and-diming customers instead of focusing on fixing the problem they came in for. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. If you bring your vehicle here, be prepared for the possibility of paying for diagnostics, getting a long list of recommended repairs, and still not getting the original problem resolved.

I'vr contacted Ford Motor Company, they were no help. Quart by quart, I've added four cases of oil to my car, until the engine finally failed. My mechanic performed a compression check on the engine and declared the engine dead. I had a shop in town install a used engine in my car with a comparable number of miles to the failed engine at a cost of over $4k. I've given Woodhouse 1 star, only because zero was not an option. My car had no mechanical issues, burned no oil, until I took it there to replace the water pump. There's a reason Woodhouse has under 4 stars. I wish I had checked YELP first.

She said she goes to grease monkey, but I went to Jiffy Lube because they were closer to my home. I really really really wish I would've went to grease monkey. Half of the things I needed I didn't get at Jiffy Lube because the price was already 125 just for the oil change alone. But I needed an air filter and one of my headlights was out. It would've been an additional 70+ dollars for the air filter and the headlight in addition to the 125 I paid for the oil change. Had I gone to grease monkey not only would I have saved on the oil change, but I would've gotten my headlight done for free. That's what happened today. The headlight itself cost five dollars at Walmart and when I got to grease monkey since I had the part myself, they literally changed my headlight for free. I haven't been able to drive after dark for two weeks, but they have taken a huge relief off my shoulders. Not only that they topped off my fluids and zip tied my bumper which was falling down in one area. Again, all for free. I really really really wish I would've went to them sooner because Alex, who is amazing for an 18-year-old, and Cadence were super friendly and very informative.
