Instead of taking full responsibility, the manager (Jon) replaced my high-quality OEM glass with a cheap OEE aftermarket version without my consent. This location had my car for over 2 weeks to do an alignment and did not communicate on what was going on at all. They did not get the service done and when I went by to spectate, the car was in the lift for an hour and none of the 4 workers who were standing around touched it. These guys saved me! I drive a dodge Journey and my battery died, easy fix right? Nope. Apparently dodge isn't a big fan of making anything easy and it's under the drivers wheel or something insane. Regardless, I went to auto zone to get a battery, and my car died in the parking lot just as I was finding out that a battery change was super hard. I walked over to a brake place thinking, there's no way these guys are going to help me - and wouldn't you know it, the GM, George, came right over, walked to auto zone, jumped my car, and got it into his shop. They replaced the battery and got me all set up and on my way, and were incredibly nice and helpful. My final total was even less than I was quoted, which never happens anymore, super great value for the service I was provided! 100% will be using this place for anything to do with my stupid car, George and his team are wonderful, recommend 10/10. read more

Well my third time here and looks like appointments don't mean much. Made a 4 o'clock appt to have alignment done on my Kia. I was going to stay and wait but hubby was able to come by and pick me up. We were told about 1.5 hours. Came back at 5:30. Car is still sitting in the same spot. It is now 5:50 and my car hasn't been looked at. A man came in complaining about a service done that wasn't completed well. There was a long discussion. Other people are now in here waiting. Sure doesn't look good from my point of view. I'll update and hoping my car is done soon...meanwhile waiting. Update: an appointment puts you in line. The truck before us has lots of work. So it put them behind. So the appointment time means only that they should get to your vehicle that day. It's now 6:03. Final Update: car alignment done by 6:30 The manager spoke with us. He explained things very well. We weren't charged and that was good service. We will return but knowing now that an appointment just gets you in line. I am aware this is what happens at most car repairs places. It's just our experience at this one the prior two times was bar none. So this was an off experience. Cannot give more than a four star but I will say that we were heard and the manager was very professional and polite. read more

Would not ever recommend this place to anyone. We came to brakes plus to get my front brake pads change. Mind you was not a busy time for them at all. The same 3 people were in the lobby the whole time. I waited 5 hours. They gave no time update at all. Mind you there was a lady here that had been there for 6 hours for the same-thing!!! I just asked them how much longer and they are saying 40 minutes. Let's see if that's true. Definitely don't come to Brakes Plus, wish I could give zero stars. read more

Buyer be ware. I wished I had read the reviews before I made the trip over here. I believe in supporting business in your community. Total night mate. Had the car for 3 days to do a days worth of work. What ever could have happened those 3 days did. Finally I. Was complete or at least I thought it was. Driving vehicle home I started to hear a horrible metal scraping sound under the vehicle , sounded like I was dragging metal. I Was told by the manager that the sound was from new brake pads and they would sound like that for a week. I then noticed something like rust showing up dripping from the rain on my drivers side wheel. On the passenger side wheel there was black grease sprayed all over the wheel. When I brought it in apparently they bent the brake backing plate and it was scraping the back of my rotor causing the rust to spray out on the wheel. This was due to the vehicle being used is what the manager told me the rust on the wheel was. On the passenger side of the vehicle apparently they messed up the cb boot which cause the black grease to come out of boot through the wheel then onto the side of my car. They did help me with a discount for having my cars the first 3 days. It seems that it is excuse after excuse with this company. The will replace the parts that need to be replaced with my warranty. They will not do anything else for me being without a vehicle for for a total of 7 days and having to miss work to have this looked at again. I have even spoken with the Regional Manger Ryan to see what he could do for me since the issues with my car were caused by them and he told me he would do nothing but repair what his company had screwed up before I picked up my vehicle. I asked to speak to his manager and he refused to give me his mangers information. I don't k ow about you but I work hard for my money and only expect a job to be completed on time and correctly. This company appears to not care about that. I will see if the escalations dept will call me, however it gets sent back to the regional manager Ryan. If you value your time and the money you spend I would not go to this company. read more

dropped my car off at 9 am didn't get back till 8:30 pm tried to talk to the GM after I test drove my car he drove off on me. his name is George. came back the next day at 8 AM because that's when they open. The general manager didn't show up till 8:15 to open doors I had an appointment for 8 AM. keep in mind I just laid $8"0 for this. my car was never shaking before I was just going out of town and thought to myself why not get new brakes so I did and i get back a car that shook so bad felt like I was on a bull ride. I'm sure it was a long day but at the end of the day I wasn't being rude or any type of attitude for them to attend me the way they did. I'm a customer I just paid $800 of course I'm going to have some concerns on top of that they put the wrong sensor on my car it's a Mercedes. and tried to tell me it was the calipers and that I needed to pay for new ones I said no the brakes light is still on it has nothing to do with the calipers they took it back and found the sensor issue fixed it and the car came back shaking ridicoulusy read more
