Ordered my front brakes for my Nissan Armada and they fit like a glove. The quality of the pads are way better then AutoZone, O'Reilly.

I paid and waited FINALLY received my parts, but while every single thing fit well I noticed the front pads didn't even try to fit, too far on the slide ears. When I messaged them they immediately blamed me for ordering the wrong parts, I know what I ordered...It was for my car. They sent me an RMA for the pads.....but then sent me rotors.....when I messaged them to figure out what was going on they kept giving me the run around, to the point of ultimately ignoring me. eBay, a service that I have since stopped using following this debacle, absolutely refused to assist me in my issue with the seller (Brake Overstock) and pretty well told me to kick rocks, I deleted my account following that correspondence. About the dumbest people I've ever dealt with. Sent 2 sets of rotors with NO pads. When questioned they said they couldn't see the pics uploaded by me in ebay response. Hand wrote all information even though it was in original email. Continued to ask the same question over and over in multiple emails. Their response was that the rotors fit my make and model. No s$!#! But that doesn't resolve the issue I have 2 sets of rotors with no pads. Do not purchase from these quacks. read more

Less than 3000 miles/one year, passenger side rotor got damaged by the break pad creating heavy shuddering that felt through the steering wheel at a high speed breaking and pulling to the driver side at the same time. Extremely terrifying and dangerous. read more

Brake over stock and E Bay are collectively getting sued, because they did not send the rear calipers in a complete set of calipers and shoes and rotors. This company will have to send a lawyer to my home town as well as e bay as Im filing in local court. Watch how fast my calipers get here now. If I could give zero I would. DO NOT BUY FROM this company! Shipped the wrong rotors, so they changed the listing to make it look like I made the mistake (Ebay verified). After going back and forth they said throw out the "used" rotors (first batch shipped) and they would send what I ordered. Then they said I have to remove the "return" from Ebay before they would ship. If I did that, I would have no recourse if they didn't ship new rotors and Ebay said they probably wouldn't. They tried to screw me again. I finally shipped rotors back on their dime and am waiting for refund from either these cheats or from Ebay. Unfortunately, I can not leave feedback at Ebay after a return! They have 200,500+ feedbacks, but about 1.5% are not positive, so that is about 3000 unsatisifed customers. read more

I purchased 4 brake pads and rotors for my 2006 Mini Cooper S from them via their EBay store on June 20, 2012 for $197. The brakes and rotors were installed by on July 18, 2012 for $100. Some days after installing the brakes and rotors, I began to hear squeaking, whistling, scratching, and grinding noises presumably from the brakes and rotors. On August 16, 2012 I contacted Brake Overstock to report the problem. The individual that I spoke with agreed to send me a set of front brake pads for $15. I had the replacement brake pads installed for $50. Immediately after the brake pads were installed, I heard the same noises. I continued to drive to give the new brakes and rotors time to break-in. On September 16, 2012 I informed Brake Overstock that the noises were persisting and increasing yet they did not take any steps to to correct the problem. On September 20, 2012 I visited the shop to have the brake pads and rotors along with the entire braking system checked and diagnosed. The shop advised me that there were no faults in the braking system. They also advised me that the brakes and rotors were defective. On September 24, 2012 I once again visited the shop and based on the recommendation of Brake Overstock's technician Phil, they cross rotated the front rotors. This did not correct the problem. I contacted Brake Overstock to let them know that I was still having problems with the merchandise and they stated that they would send me a set of front rotors for $35. They failed to address the fact that the replacement brake pads are also defective. I would also be responsible for paying for the labor costs to install the replacement rotors. It is not fair for me to continue spending money on merchandise from Brake Overstock since they have already sent me defective parts. As result of this ordeal, I have accumulated $362 in total expenditures not including missed time from work. It is evident that Brake Overstock's practices are unfair and unethical. Even though the parts have been found to be defective they are still not willing to take responsibility and offer a suitable remedy. It is evident that they sell low grade replacement parts. Do not be fooled by their stellar rating on EBay. I made the mistake of leaving them positive feedback before I had the parts installed. I purchased pads calipers and rotors for my 53 hot rod build. They seem to be quality parts though I have not driven it yet. Just finished the chassis up. But I seen a few bad reviews and just wanted to say so far my experience was good and I just ordered pads and rotors for my car. Maybe customer service is better due to the complaints they got. The guy said they sent him the wrong part and made him pay to return. I ordered the wrong part it was 6 weeks after it came in I went to install due to hip surgery. (ouch) but I called them and told them. They told me they would send me an email with shipping label and as soon as I ship them back call them and they will verify I shipped them and they would go ahead and send the replacement. I received the email with in about 5 minutes 2 hours later I shipped them then 2 days later the new ones show up. So If they turn out not to be good I will edit my review but so far very happy. I purchased my brakes in March 3 of 2014, i received them on March 7 and i installed them on March 22nd. The brakes made a clicking noise even after the break-in period. i contact the warranty dept. a few days after the brakes where installed and talked to Liz. She yelled at me and said there was no way she was going to warranty all my breaks. I had them inspected and found the back breaks where making the noise. i called back three times and left a message with no reply back. The phone recording does say to leave a message and someone will call you back. On June 3rd i got a hold of Liz again. She was rude again and told me to hold on and take a breath. I told her about the no return calls. She said if we cannot find your name in the system they will n ot call you back. She did agree to warranty my back breaks and i waited until to day July 22. She said she had just talked to me on the 19th of july ( no true ) and the breaks would be hear on the 25th of July.
