Horrible service the woman who answered the phone would not put management on the call, kept ignoring my calls lying at 3:48p saying the manager is on lunch and they close at 5p I inquired about a part on a vehicle & she ignore my request when I explain that she was charging the same price for the part brand new, she asked someone in the back and they continuously ignored my calls afterwards read more

This junkyard sucks! Gouging their customers by charging a fee to get in, a bs "environmental fee" which was over $16. The employees are rude and not at all helpful. I bought a seat $92 and a fender for $65. For the fender, they charge you a $5.00 core charge. Expensive! Ridiculous! I'm done going to this junkyard. I needed the parts, so I bit the bullet. This used to be a good, honest junkyard when they used to be Summit U pick A part. Due to price gouging and poop service, they've lost a customer here. read more

If I can give no stars I will. I drove 45 min to Pick n pull summit I got there 540 & the doors were all locked. Before coming I looked on the website it says 6pm they close. This is unbelievable that they will close this early! This isn't the first time it has happened to me. I'm honestly very disappointed that I drove this far to have it just be closed. Pick n pull needs to do better. read more

I had an alright first experience there, the parts listed on the website don't match the actual price they'll try to sell it to you for. Basically some false advertising there. read more

They gave me a fair offer for my Mariner. Service was fast and on schedule for the pickup.

Easy to find parts and an abundant amount of vehicles. Prices are good and easy to work with.

I sold my car to them signed over my title got a check from them and my check did not clear. once I called them they told me I would have to drive out of my way to bring them the check and wait to be issued another check and the location is far out of my way. When I told the lady she did not care whatsoever. I asked if they can send me something to send it back to them in and she said it would have to be out of my expense. i have a baby and am a single mother and that's why I sold my car to help me out and now I have to come up with the money to get my money when they had no problem getting my car or my title. Do not ever go to a place who gives you a check and not cash. completely unprofessional. I even asked to speak to the boss and she said I couldn't go over head in so many words. #povertysucks #picknpullsucks read more

I really think this is a 2.5 star deal. TL;DR - place smells funny, but it's not their fault, they have a large lot, but it's mostly bones left. From what I saw they have by far the best selection of vehicles; only downside is it's because vehicles stay there for a long time. But at the same time if you're looking for a classic car piece you're most likely going to find it there. Among the cars I saw 2 hearses, an extended limo (had a bar, a dink, and more) and a ton of old rare cars including an MG. Now the real downside is the company near them is a Corn Oil production plant and the smell is anything but pleasant. In the grand scheme of things, that'd be my biggest complaint. read more

While before I left five stars, I want to modify my review to three stars. This is borderline 2 stars, actually. I went in to get an air pump for my car. I took my battery with me so that I could test a junk car's air pump before I spent the time to pull it. However, they wouldn't let me bring in a battery; "It's against our policy. You could get shocked." From a 12 V battery? Yeah, right. So, I went in without a battery and took an hour and a half to find the car and pull the part. They wouldn't let me take it out to my car to test it without paying for the part first. They said I could return it if it didn't work. Well, I tested the part and it didn't work. I brought the part back in for a return, and they wouldn't give me my money back! You only get "store credit" they said. I wasted my time and they took my money! This is a complete scam. They won't let you test the parts in the yard, and if the part doesn't work, they will keep your money. I recommend to NOT buy parts with motors from this place! read more

This is one of the (if not THE) smallest lots around. So for selection, you're probably SOL unless you're looking for one of the more generic GMs or Fords and then only 5-10 yrs old. They don't cycle through vehicles fast, so even if you fit one of the aforementioned categories, it's not worth going back often. Their pricing scheme is higher than any of the local LKQ or U-Pull-It locations. And (my major gripe): their return policy is for 'store credit' only. So, if that taillight you pulled is one year off the car you need it for: Sorry Charlie. --You'll just have to wait and keep coming back until that particular year/model/make comes in. Meanwhile your $35 is rotting in their account earning interest. And YOU are spending gas money driving there every other month to try to find that one part(?) ---Nice scam. They end up just keeping the money and YOU forget about this lousy 'credit'. THIS maneuver alone is covering the payroll every week. --It's how they can afford to have a low turn-over of new vehicles. ...And it's why they are the most worthless of all the salvage yards in the area. IF you get something here, take NO chances it isn't exactly what you want because once you bought it, it's yours...like it or not. read more

Used to go around Pick n Pull a lot in high school with friends for good, cheap replacement parts for our old cars. This is the best junk yard I've ever been to. Safest too. The cars are all organized by make; GM, Chrysler, Ford, Honda etc. The cars are all jacked up with ample room around them. Bring your tools, pick your parts, pay...leave. Easy, clean, safe, helpful. 5 stars. read more

What a huge waste of time, while there are parts the majority of the cars there are picked over, and the parts are not cheap, they are incredibly expensive for what they are JUNK. I pulled two cruise control arms from an old Saab only for them to price them at $30.00 a piece. I can get that price anywhere for 20 year old car parts, without getting my hands dirty. Whats the point, there are other junk yards out there and much friendlier with better stock. Avoid these jokers. read more

Beware!!!! Beware!!!!! Beware!!!!! They work thru peddle and offer a high amount to buy your old car but only if you take their check! Seems like a big time scam since they can stop payment one a check after you have signed over the title! Everyone else pays CASH for towing away a car!!! When you tell peddle you only want cash now the offer drops by almost 40% which is below what others pay cash for cars! The excuse they give for paying by check is that the drivers pick up more than one vehicle per day and can't carry that much cash on them. That excuse is BS and makes no sense since they can only tow ONE vehicle at a time. Just get more cash when you drop off that vehicle before you go pick up the next one!!!!!! I would give 0 stars because 1 star is too much but I can't choose 0!!!! read more

Very rude staff that leave the policy very unexplained to their customer base which they know to not clearly understand the English language. Very unprofessional business and shady tactics!!! I won't return to this place and will definitely turn away as many family members and friends because of the horrible experience and service I've experienced. Would rather pay extra for new parts and better client services read more

they take anything worth selling and remove it before they put the cars out. most vehicles are just frame and a few odds and ends. I asked them at what point do they remove vehicles after they are picked over, no one had an answer.....Meaning they DON'T remove them, they leave them there so it shows they have a lot of vehicles but they have been completely picked over..they make their money by charging you $2 to go in and find out they have garbage.most dont have engines, doors, seats , exhaust..... anything. I looked at a few of their "new arrivals" and they were completely gutted. stay away from this place!!!!!!!! read more
