This is the BEST service I have received in a very long time, and I will definitely be back for more! I came in to get an oil change before a long trip to Laughlin, Nevada and I was in & out in about 20 minutes, even with cars ahead of mine being worked on. Great customer service and very fast and accurate work. The manager Al Cruz was extremely nice and very helpful. Also, It was kind of interesting watching how they align tires on a big machine. The staff definitely knew how to handle their equipment. After examining my tires Al let me know there was a nail in one, which i was extremely glad he told me about before i took the long drive out of town. I can not say enough positive and good things about the staff here, especially Larry and Al. Originally sent here by a recommendation from a tire company. Tire company said vibrations felt in car was caused by alignment issue. Larry found tire was separating. No charge. Came back after tires were replaced. Even though the car was 9 years old it was found not to be in need of alignment once in the shop. Once again no charge. While here they turn on cartoons for our granddaughter to entertain her. I needed an adjustment on my alignment for my 2013 Honda Accord. They inspected my alignment and it turns out nothing needed to be done. Appreciate the honesty and I decided to get my oil and oil filter changed since I was here. The waiting room was clean, air conditioned which was nice considering it's was about 95 degrees outside. He advised that if the alignment was still within normal limits that they would not charge. Fortunately, that was exactly the case! He had very good customer service and the shop was well maintained! They checked my pads and rotors on all 4 tires for free. Idk if it's because it wasn't busy or what. But they told me that my brakes were fine and showed it to me. The reason why I needed to check my brakes is because my fluid was low, come to find out my fluid level was fine. I misread the fluid level so that's how I know I will be coming back because they are honest with my situation. I continually return to this Brake Masters location for service and repairs to our 2004 Lexus IS300 primarily because of the manager, "JR", Alvaro Cruz. He, with his tech team, also have attended to our service needs with the utmost personal and professional attention. Recently we were referred to go to Brake Masters by Todd, manager at America's Tire, Fontana. We were experiencing unusually fast front inner tire wear. After having the tires replaced we went to JR at Brake Masters for and alignment. He had his technician put our IS300 up on the alignment rack with the gauge apparatus on the wheels. After looking at the tire wear pictures I had taken before replacement and comparing to the readings that their alignment system was showing, they took another 10-15 minutes inspecting what the cause of the unusual wear was, they determined that my lower control arm bushings (after 235,000 miles) had worn and needed replacing, before an alignment would be worthwhile. JR did not charge me for this inspection. I came back in a week to have them replace both left and right, front and rear lower control arms (which have the bushings pressed in) and then the alignment. All the costs were very competitive and reasonable. I drove out of there having my IS300 drive like a new vehicle again. I waited a couple months to write this review as I wanted to see how my tires were. I happily observed that only normal tire wear is happening! This place sucks!!!! I got a new tires from American tires and they referred and give me coupon for this place, so I called and ask how much is alignment for my car. The guy on the phone quoted me $109 without me telling them that I got a coupon from American tires. When I got to the shop the guy in the front told me it's $109 for a alignment for my car so I told him I got a coupon for $20 and the said well it's $129 without a coupon and it's $109 with a coupon. Wtf?!?!? I got quoted $109 on the phone without me telling them I have a coupon. A few days past by I noticed that my car is pulling to the right so I call this shop to tell them about it so the guy on the phone told me to come by so they can check it. Once I got to the shop the guy in the front dest told me that there's nothing they can do about that. He told me to take my car to american tires where I got my tires so they can rotate my tires. They made me drive to their shop to tell me that?? Really?? They've just tell me that on the phone. IM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! People take your business somewhere else. These people don't care about you, they just want to take your money. read more

AL had notified me of a coolant leak and that my cars transmission was leaking. I asked if they could fix it and he said no. I took my car to the dealer and it was covered under warranty. I know the owner and of this place. I've had my brakes done here for years. When I met the new manager in 2010, I went to get my brakes done on the same car they worked on in 2006. This new manager didn't want to honor the lifetime brake pad warranty, saying we no longer do this for luxury cars? He tried to make me buy new pads until I mentioned I knew the owner!!! I got new tires on my 06 Nissan Maxima and wanted to have a 4 wheel alignment done. I found a coupon in the paper that was for the Norco, CA location. I had work done there several years prior without any problems. I went online and found many negative reviews for the particular location. I knew there was another location in Fontana and not finding any negative reviews, I decided to visit the Fontana shop. I spoke Ken, the manager, day prior to inquire about the cost of an alignment. He gave me a quote for a 2 wheel and a 4 wheel alignment. He also stated that if they got it up on the rack and the back wheels were within specs, he would only alignment the front wheels. I found a $10 off an alignment coupon online and set out the following day to have the work done. I was the second person in line, and work was done within 30 minutes. Ken accepted my coupon without any problems and did not charge me extra for having 18" rims on my car. He also did not try to push any unnecessary services and gave me a print out of how each wheel was corrected. I have no complaints about the Fontana Brake Masters, maybe they need to send Ken over to the Norco location to clean that shop up and bring it back to it's former glory! read more

Do not work with Ricardo.....he is a crook. I took my 2006 GS 300 Lexus to get my rear bakes and rotors repaired. Once they lifted my vehicle, unbeknowst to me, my tires were treaded badly. Ricardo told me that my tires were treaded because my vehicle needed shocks and the job would cost about $2200 to repair all four shocks. I called Ontario Crown Lexus dealer with Ricardo standing beside me inquiring about the cost of shocks if needed. The Lexus dealer specifically told me I should not need all four shocks, but if I did the total cost including labor would amount to a WHOPPING $1300 at most. I had Ricardo install the brakes and took my vehicle to the Lexus dealer for inspection. Well, turns out I didn't need any shocks done to my vehicle at all. The tires on my vehicle were treaded badly because I drive long distances on the regular basis and I failed to get the TIRES ROTATED properly and in a timely fashion. Needless to say, I will NEVER go to Brakemasters again & I would suggest that no one deals with a dishonest crok like Ricardo!!! read more
