We were going back and forth with quotes and it made me dizzy. I've worked with FUSE with 4 prior projects and was extremely thrilled with the work and prices. So, when we had to replace/fix an air conditioner, it was a no brainer to call FUSE. But, this time around it was not as seamless as prior projects. There was a lack of communication, there was a lot of miscommunication and there were so many people (too many cooks spoil the broth - phone operators, technicians, email & text personal) from FUSE working on my project. It was like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. It was confusing to say the least. The staff is very caring. That is without doubt. But, I never knew where I stood until we finally decided to get a new air conditioner installed. My tenants were losing their patience with FUSE. There were too many interruptions and unknowns. BUT, IN A NUTSHELL - IF YOU ARE PATIENT, FUSE'S PRICES AND THE FINISHED WORK IS SUPERIOR. Our disgruntled tenants even said, "FUSE really does good work. They're efficient, neat and thorough."
