The owner and his family are so nice and friendly, and everyone had a great time picking out their favorite frozen treats. I cannot say just how special this ice cream truck is to our community! Not only the nostalgia of it all but the family who owns it. Our 5 year old daughter had an ice cream day at school and was so excited to participate that in her excitement she ended up dropping her snow cone after just a bite. Being the amazing kid she is she didn't cry when she had to throw it away but we could tell all night she was pretty bummed about it. My husband looked up the number for this awesome ice cream truck and was able to find out where they would be the next day and explained to the owner what had happened. The owner made sure to have the same kind of snow cone on hand. When my husband took our girl down there today the young girls working in the truck knew exactly who she was when she walked up. The owner then handed our daughter a new snow cone and said it was on him as a replacement! We plan to make this ice cream truck a part of our summer from now on.
