Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. He was great, and made sure the work site was left perfect and went above and beyond to make it all look tidy post-install. We called Smelscer to come out for a second opinion. Brett was so kind and easy to work with. He explained what needed to be done and treated me with the greatest respect. Also, the bid was much more reasonable than the previous company. They were here a couple of days later to get us fixed up, which they did with a very professional nature and all in one day. We will definitely be calling them again when we have another occurence.
