I'm so glad there's a boba shop inside Alderwood mall! They've been here for a long time now and never disappoint. Honestly all of their drinks are so so tasty. The blended drinks have the perfect ice to drink ratio, the fruit teas are so refreshing and milk teas balance both tea/milk so nicely! Their boba is also nice and soft/chewy, fresh every time!! Service is so friendly and patient. Despite the lines sometimes, they make your drink pretty quick and very reasonable price compared to boba nowadays. There is limited seating but for a mall location, I think it's decent. It's a mix between indoor and outdoor options (about 3-4 tables). $6 / drink and they were delicious ! I tried the black mousse for the first time and only came out to $5.80 for a regular. At other places, the same drink will cost close to $8! Black mousse was delicious! I'm a big fan of their fruit flavors and their matcha & taro flavors. Since I'm sensitive to dairy, their Taiwan style of drinks that typically contain milk is delicious! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, and always open to accommodations or drink adjustments. I wanted to share my recent visit on Friday afternoon at Braganza Tea in Lynnwood. (inside the mall.) I ordered their taro milk tea, hoping for a delicious drink, but it turned out to be the worst taro milk tea I've ever had. The taro milk tea I got was too powdery, and I could visibly see bits of purple powder floating in it. What's worse, it had a sandy and gritty texture throughout the entire drink, and the taste wasn't pleasant at all. When I approached the counter and kindly explained my disappointment and asked if they could remake the drink, the worker looked annoyed and said, "Just throw away the drink and we can remake it for you." I didn't appreciate the passive tone even though I was extremely polite about the situation. Luckily, they were able to remake the taro milk tea but I had a gut feeling that they would make it gritty again, so I kept the first drink so I could compare it to the second remake. When I compared the two, it was the EXACT same, just more powder bits. Even the new drink had the same gritty texture. The worker said I should shake it more, but no matter how much I shook it, it didn't get better. Shaking it didn't change the fact that it had a bad gritty taste. The powder pieces couldn't dissolve all the way.. It wasn't edible at all and straight up gross. I was extremely disappointed. I ended up throwing both drinks away and went to the Tea Bar location instead. They are located outside next to Cafe Rio and Pottery Barn I believe. It was a short walk from the inside location to the outside location. Surprisingly, their taro milk tea was really good! - no powdery bits and it was perfectly smooth, how it SHOULD be. It had the correct texture and it was edible to drink. The staff was quick, and very friendly. I recommend going to the outside location if you want a better experience. Please avoid the inside location and their taro milk tea. Also, please retrain your in-store employees. The drinks are inconsistent! read more

This was my first time visiting Alderwood Mall, and as a tradition, I always get bubble tea at malls. I spotted the outside Braganza Tea while looking for parking. Staff were attentive and super quick in preparing my beverage. It's set up is very appealing. It is does not have immediate entry into the mall and is on the outside similar to a stand alone tea shop. The decor is clean, simple, and modern. The menu is straightforward and easy to read. As for options, it has a good variety for someone new to bubble tea to someone who is a little adventurous. There aren't so many options that it is overwhelming, and there are all the good basic flavors. It's not too authentic though, so lots of simple/generally popular flavors. I got the blended original milk tea with boba. The boba was good but the flavor was kind of weak. The black tea was not prominent in the taste and it was neither sweet nor bitter. The menu is pretty straight forward with different milk teas to smoothies and lot of different flavor options. There lot to choose from but went with the smoothie option and Strawberry Mango. Add boba always!! It was super refreshing. Not overly sweet just right amount. It had nice balance between the two fruits. The boba they say make fresh everyday. I feel was fresh. It was nice size boba and nice soft. If had more room could order one of everything on the menu. Since in the mall not really place to sit down. Find bench near sit down or the food court next to it. So can always find table there or part of the mall outdoors. Another option take it outside to enjoy. The service was five stars. But I stand corrected. :) Braganza Tea has quickly become one of my go-to bubble tea shops when I'm in the area. Located just outside of the food court at Alderwood Mall, Braganza is hard to miss with its constant line of customers. They have a pretty straightforward menu with "smooth teas" (their version of blended bubble teas), milk teas and iced teas. Their smooth teas are my favorite, with its perfect blend of ice and tea. I've really liked the taro, blended milk tea, coffee and matcha flavors so far. Unlike other places, the blended bubble tea tastes fresh instead of having an artificial powder flavoring. My boyfriend claims that the tapioca is some of the best that he's had up here too, with its good taste and a certain soft chewiness. Braganza offers both a regular and small drink size. At around $4, the regular size is comparable to what you'd find at other bubble tea shops. If you can't make it out to their Alderwood Mall location, be sure to check them out in Northgate Mall as well! read more

Hard to pinpoint the location when you don't know the mall very well, we ended up walking the entire mall looking for this place cuz we entered from the wrong side. Enter from Nordstrom, that will get you pretty close to this spot. We ordered: - Mango Slush with boba and jelly - mango strawberry slush with boba and jelly I wish they gave more boba, I thought it was skimpy. the jelly was good though. The last time we had boba, the slush wasn't blended very well and so we had huge chunks of ice. Not here though, maybe a little too blended, but way better than under blended lol. The quality of their signature milk tea has gone downhill. It has gotten very watery and not much flavor. I remembered it being much better when it first opened. Their clerks are usually very young looking teenagers. Last time, unknowingly, I ordered a hot bubble milk tea. The teenager gave me a ice one with lots of ice in it. I told him I ordered a hot one, he said they don't offer hot drinks. Ok, it would be nice if you could tell me that upon ordering, and at least you can skip the ice cubes! It only makes sense. This Braganza location is the only one I will go to, not only because I work right across from it and go there almost everyday BUT because of the service you receive here! I live 20 min away from the mall and I would still come to Lynnwood on my day off just to get my Jasmine green tea. The team that operates this location is outstanding - they're quick, super friendly and very consistent with their drink making. By the time I receive my ticket after paying, they're already handing me my drink. The mood is always upbeat there and everyone is always smiling, so polite I can't stress it enough! Even in stressful situations, I see it all the time because I work literally across the hall from them and they can have a line of 50+ people and they knock it out like it's nothing!
