This guy will jump to conclusions and work up a story in his head before you can get two words in. Brady's Automotive is a big ripoff I just spent over 1550 to get my transmission repaired on 12/ 5/14 and I was back on 12/15/14 to complain about a leak in the transmission seal he told me I would have to spend 139.00 to have a seal replaced, how in the hell he's going to charge me to have stuff to replace when I just had it fixed I didn't drive the car for more than 10 days, I spent all my money for nothing, he's a bad business owner I wouldn't spend a damn dime to you again in my life, and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to go there the only reason why I went there because I was told he was a good Christian business owner read more

Do not , I Repeat DO NOT take your car to Brady's Automotive in Moreno Valley. Brady was recommended to me and I expected the best but I received everything but that, sadly. Everything was smooth until I said I wanted a second opinion with my car. I was told the diagnostic was 37.50$ But as soon as I didn't want him to service my car they told me 75$. I was never aware of the 75$ for the diagnostic if they do NOT repair my car. I figured out away to give them the 75$ because I only brought 40$ with me. I went in asking if there is a way I can just give them the 40$ & pay the 35$ another time because my car was getting picked up by a tow truck soon. They said " no, borrow the money from someone" [his wife's response] Brady's response was " get the 75$ and we will give you your car " After that I got very disappointed and bothered! I took his wife's advice and borrowed the 35$ only because I did not want my car on their property at all ANYMORE. When I gave them the 75$ for the diagnostic. I said " that's 80$" Brady replies " we don't need your money we will give you your change " with attitude. The wife then said " did you give her the keys? " I walked out and said" I will get them. " Brady then says "no" ( after I paid 75$ ) then I go back in and said " what? " He had my car parked right back into his shop!!! obviously so I won't take the car without paying 75$!! They did NOT give me a paper stating what all is wrong with my car so I am not sure what all they did to my car. He also tells me " you are broke and I don't need your money." I'm sorry but I will not be paying an rude person to fix my car for 1,562.82$. Also if they didn't need my money my diagnostic would of been 37.50$. Honestly, Brady is very unprofessional and quick to cop an attitude even over the phone. Just found out he was over pricing me because now that it is at another shop it will only be costing me 400$ for my repair. I did mention to him that I will be writing this review and he said " Go ahead it will be up there with all of the other bad reviews " now they are telling me they will have to take me to court for it to be removed. I have the right to share my experience so I hope this review is seen by a lot of people to be WARNED about Brady and his auto business. read more

My husband took our truck in to Brady's because his Rear Axle Seals needed to be replaced. Brady, the owner called my husband and explained that the brakes should be replaced. My husband asked how much was it, he was given a price, then my husband declined the brake service because it wasn't necessary to fix the Axle Seals and we didn't have the funds to get them done. When his truck was finished, my husband went to pick up our truck and received a bill for the Rear Axle Seals and the Brakes. My husband said I told you not to do the Brakes. Brady got upset and began yelling at my husband saying he was not going to get the work done for free, when we never agreed to the serve. We had to leave the truck at his shop another day until we borrowed the money for our brakes. It's sad that Brady is not a man of integrity like he claims to be, I was referred to him because he is a Christian. The way we were treated after he completed work that we didn't agree to was awful. We were hurt and very disappointed. Needless to say we will never go back to Brady's and I hope others stay away also. read more

After being taken to cleaners by shops like Goodyear I found Bradys a couple years ago. His prices are lower than most and he is upfront with you. He calls them as he sees them and you wont leave with questions. Any work he has done for us did NOT reoccur nor did I have to go back for him to rework anything. As stated his prices are lower than places like Goodyear. He is understanding to your needs and will listen to you and get you the work you need and NOT push you towards more expensive fixes. I have gone to him now for a couple years and as stated he may come across stern but he cares about his work and his rep. I've never had a serious problem with this automotive shop until today. I've gone there for a couple years and have referred other people as well. They do good work; only once before today they did perform work on my vehicle without my consent first. Well, today was the worst experience I've ever had there. As the last reviewer stated, the mechanic is unprofessional yelling no customer skills and front reception person has insecurities and no people skills. I was personally attacked. I didn't know it was wrong to ask detailed questions about the work and once again, they moved forward on work without consulting me first. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again.
