I understand staffing challenges and wait times when a place is busy--but this wasn't that. This felt like a lack of urgency and, frankly, a lack of care. The message we got was: "We're not too concerned whether you eat here or not." That's unacceptable. We left and went across the street to Ted's instead--completely different experience.
