Gavin gave us no issue in the return of the unsatisfied product and honestly, I'm extremely grateful that he didn't send over a manager or share with anybody else we were having an issue. He just took the initiative and resolved it. Food is definitely better in the daytime than it is in the evening hands-down as far as consistency in preparation. The white sauce in Carolina mustard sauces were probably my favorite. I never pass up a chance to order hand breaded onion wings. It's rare to see those on the menu. These were done just right. The breading was crispy, light, & seasoned. They came with ketchup, but I dipped them in my barbecue sauces instead. These were much better than frozen onion rings with breading that's too thick. Unfortunately, I enjoyed my appetizers more than my brisket platter. I was underwhelmed by the brisket; it wasn't as flavorful as I'd hoped.
