I got about 6 quotes to replace about 50 sq ft of driveway I had removed for repairs and Mike was the most responsive and had a very reasonable price (I know since many others quoted about 20% more but did not have great reviews like Mike or took the time to explain why that price). In the end based on the detail and suggestions Mike provided on the call I had the most trust to go with him on this project. Unlike other contractors I've had before they even take special care to clean up after themselves and came back a few days later (even after I already paid) to verify all is good .

He was patient, creative, and came up with fantastic ideas--like multi-colored light strips--that made the space even better than I imagined. I had a very tight timeline and high expectations, and Gus, along with Freddy and Ivan, quickly became my go-to for all the extra projects that came up: painting a 50+ year-old kitchen with vaulted ceilings and a brick fireplace, rewiring electrical for the island and TV, moving fixtures, making a pocket door and even plumbing. Whenever challenges came up, Gus was calm, resourceful, and always had a solution. He often reminded me he was just a phone call or text away, and he followed through every time. His experience, creativity, and professionalism really set him apart. My husband--who knows how particular I am--was just as impressed, saying, "Keep his number, he's a good one." That says it all! We'll definitely be using Gus and his team for future home updates. Professional, personable, and excellent communicators--Phenomenal Contracting truly lives up to its name. I highly recommend them for any project.
