He was so patient and kind while I sat on every single couch! He helped me measure and price them AND he hand delivered it a few days later! He is exceptional! I ended up finding what I needed and made my way to the Pro Department to checkout and the girl working was alone at the desk with no customers. She saw me waiting in her line as the only human there and she asked what I wanted... I said to check out. She literally told me she was busy and to go checkout somewhere else! Wow! So based on this singular transaction I don't feel the pro department is professional at all! I'll avoid this Home Depot in the future.
