One of the worse experiences we ever had. The guy was nice enough to come out and give us an estimate and changed out our garage door. We started having problems with all the noises the garage was making. We called and asked him to come back out and take a look as to why the garage door was making all the noises. He just told us to spray all the hinges. We spray all the hinges, rollers and the spring almost every month and the noises are still there. He requested a video and we send him a video of the garage noises as it was coming up and down. Mind you, this is a brand new garage door that he installed and our garage opener was almost new as well. We keep asking him to come and take a look at it for us and all he would say is "I'll get with you" but would never respond after that. Be careful, once you paid this guy, you might not see him again! Would not recommend! read more
