If I could leave zero stars , I would. I spoke with Julie on multiple occasions about a job inquire for my mothers home in Beaumont. My brother from Michigan spoke with Julie as well but , I spoke with him and we decided not to go with them and they weren't supposed to charge him anything and that was understood between Julie and I. A week later , I get a call from a technician Spencer asking for the remanding balance , mind you me we had already fixed the garage with another company had completed the job. I called Julie and she did not apologize and she stated that " She didn't wanna do business with people like me " and hung up on me. I am African American and I feel totally disrespected. I would never recommend anyone in Beaumont to do business with this company. Julie is racist and nothing but a liar and a theft. Update - After I posted this review , Julie called me back threatening to get her lawyer involved because I made this review. Bottom line , the customer service here is poor . Spoke with Julie on Friday , Feb 22nd and told her not to run the card and she stated that she hadn't ran the card yet but lied and ran the it anyway. Beware of these people! read more
