His office knew my mom passed after the coroner called investigating and they never even reached out with sympathy. She was only 69 years old.

He is a wonderful dentist and has great bedside manners. He did an amazing job on the teeth he worked on for me. Tiffany is an amazing hygienist and made you feel welcome and works wonderfully with you. I went and had my first appointment, and they went over a dental plan for my needs. I was given the price and was told I could take out a loan. I used Lending point which they did all of this in the office. I thought I was all set. After some of the work was done, I was told that the rest would have to come out of my pocket. The price they gave me did not cover all the work that needed to be done. I was not told this until after the loan was set in stone. Now the payment is pricey, and I agreed to it because I was under the impression it would take care of everything. They did not include everything, why is beyond me. In January of this year (2023) I went for my cleaning. When I was done the ladies at the front office told me I had to pay 70$. I asked why? My insurance covered 100% cleanings. I was told they don't know and they would get back with me. I sent them a break down of my insurance showing that the cleaning was covered. I heard nothing back. I called several times and was always told someone would call me, never happened. I was contacted on May 1, 2023 via text message saying I had an appointment. I called them and told them I do not have an appointment and that you could cancel it and again asked about the 70$ I was made to pay. The lady advised she would call back. The call back informed me that the money was returned and credited to my account with them. I asked why? That money should have been returned to me not placed on my account for yall. She said she would have someone else call me. I got another call from a different lady, this lady said that money was used for something else on my account. I said for what?? I have a loan that I paid for my stuff. She then said well if that 70$ came from lending point it has to be returned to them. I again for numerous times now said the money came from my pocket, not lending. She then told me lending over paid and was sending that money back to them in the amount of 600$. I was told once again someone would contact me. SO at the end of the day, I have unfinished work in my mouth because of their inability to price out the total for the work that needed to be done. As far as punctuality, of all my visits, I never had the chance to sit in the waiting area. I show up on time, they take me back to get started on time. Helpfulness, Dr March is unlike most doctors. She will take 30 minutes with you if she has to. She explains everything in detail and does not rush at all. Dr March did such a great job on my deviated septum and terminate reduction. After using nose spray for the past 48 years I am now free from this addictive drug. No mounds of gauze stuffed up my nose like so many other doctors would do. Dr. March uses her skills to cauterize each blood vessel to stop the bleeding. She is not sloppy and extremely knowledgeable in her field of practice. She told me my recover would be 3 to 4 weeks. At just 2 weeks into recovery I can breath better through my nose than I ever could. I can't imagine it getting any better than this.

Supposedly they want your money upfront but cannot tell you what they'll be completing. They also have a sign that once services are rendered, you must pay them. When I mentioned that the receptionist stated. "Oh that's been up for years. That sign was here before we took ownership of this building. That doesn't apply". If i need a root canal they'll take your money to investigate but will send you elsewhere for the actual procedure. I refused to pay 1500.00 upfront and glad I decided to leave. I feel this is fraudulent. They also previously charged me for my X-rays which are preventative services. They blamed the insurance company for this however when I inquired, the dentist office coded it to their benefit. I was partially charged out of pocket for this procedure. If I indeed needed a root canal they'll would have seen it on the X-rays. I am very dissatisfied in what I thought would be a good experience.

We waited roughly 15 to 20 min before he was called back. Dr. Chew was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my father's concerns. He was diagnosed with cataracts a couple of years ago so this is a follow up visit on the next step. The sitting area is clean and spacious. Considering Covid is still strong in the country , signs are posted to wear a mask and you can only be accompanied by 1 relative. The seating arrangements are spaced between each chair. There were 10 patients sitting on our arrival. From what I observed they move pretty quickly on getting you registered and seen by the doctor. The location is easy to find. It sits on the corner (right side) you can't miss it. It is a 1 way street .... Dr Chew has 3 offices - Americus, Montezuma, and Leesburg. If you're in the area, check them out. They have a large selection of glasses and shades.
