I have been going to Winston's for my latte for almost a year. Enjoy the ambiance, location and my…read morelatte. Unfortunately, that changed today. My small latte, with only 1/2 shot of espresso was $5.95 that I purchased one week ago. Yes, the prices have steadily increased over the year, but I accepted that due to inflation and competition. What I cannot tolerate is that in one week my drink went from $5.95 to $7.33. I wish my salary followed Winston's unbelievable increase in one week. P.S. Winston's reached out to me and following up on several emails, I now understand why the latte charge had increased. Apparently, I hit the button for tip, not realizing it, and when I questioned the server, she just said that was the price of the latte. All is good. I will get my latte from Winston's again.

It's fired in a pizza oven. The toppings are always fresh. Pizza I got was the Hawaiian pizza. I did add on some extras. Mushrooms, red peppers, the yellow squash and zucchini mix. So delicious.

Good experience our first stop at Slice of Austin! Ambiance is lacking, it's really a drive…read morethrough, carry out place, and we wanted to eat on the spot! The description of the place would be better served to ID it as a drive through, carry out spot. That said, there are a couple of picnic tables there, and we hung out after the rain stopped. Staff was great, friendly, helpful, good service at "the table" checked on us couple of times the makes sure we were good. Super disappointed they were out of wings on our visit, we love our wings as a starter. The Caesar salad was good, mostly lettuce and shaved parm cheese... the dressing was great, the croutons were out of a box.... The pizza (supreme) was stellar, delicious... piping hot, plenty of toppings too! The crust was awesome NY/Italian-style, huge, flat chewy dough, thin and nice crust, a few burnt edges to make it real! A good meal, great pizza ... we like our pizza hot on the spot, not real carry out folks! But, that's just us! Sign in the window says beer and wine coming soon! This is righteous pizza, pricey but worth the money. We'd go back... and, we will! Stay tuned!

It's got lots of picnic tables for sitting and eating. There is a perfect balance of produce, ready made food, and handmade items. Notable Vendors: -The Thai Street Food stall is amazing. -There is a lady that comes and brings her adorable knitted stuffed animals! -A vendor selling dumplings we definitely want to try next time! -A stand making fresh lemonade that my BF said was the best lemonade he has ever had. My haul included: -Handmade fruit and nut Bars (Oovey's) -Homemade Greek Dips (Hummus, Tzatziki, Babaganoush) -Pad Thai and Thai Beef from the Thai Street food Vendor All the vendors are so friendly and wonderful and you can tell they are so passionate about the items they make :) On Sundays from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Every time we head up to the lake house in LBJ we make a point to come here on Sunday. We load a cooler to take back home with us! Our main stops are: 1. Capital City Ceviche - they make Hawaiian poke just like back home in Hawaii. Since moving to Texas, that was something we haven't been able to find that is good. But here.....OMG the best! 2. JW Seafood - specifically when in season, the fresh oysters are amazing! 3. Prairie's Prairies- they have quality French pastries and baked goods. We love their scones, croissants, and their puffs....oh yum! 4. Goodie Dumplings- They make them fresh on site or have frozen to take home. They have everything from veggie, chicken, beef, pork, and seafood! This are so good. It is usually a snack while we walk around and then we take some to go to add to our ramen at home. They add a lot of vendors throughout the year which is fun! They have craft items as well which we have even bought a few items from those booths as well. Next time you're in Spicewood on a Sunday, be sure to stop in! :)
