We came to Braces Oasis on recommendation of a friend, from the first phone call Bea was so friendly and inviting while scheduling our appointment. They were able to get us in the next business day, so the flexibility and availability they have is amazing. They have a fun atmosphere for the kids and even a slushy machine to help with the discomfort that often comes from braces! Dr. Alexander is personable and friendly. He made my daughter feel comfortable and safe to start treatment. The assistants are wonderful! From the initial consultation, to the bracket placement by Val they have been wonderful. They also have cool stickers for the parents! read more

Dr. Alexander and his staff were competent and professional. The office was clean and modern with the most up to date technology. I was referred to Dr. Alexander by my dentist and I'm happy he did as Dr Alexander did a full consultation/review of my teeth and took care of the problem. Thank you for the great service & I'll be back. read more

Patients beware. This office uses fear mongering to influence patients into braces. Mr Alexander's assessment stated my daughter would likely need adult teeth pulled if I didn't accept his treatment plan. I felt this was a pretty extreme thing to write to a parent. So, I took my daughter for a second opinion. The other facility disagreed with Mr Alexander assessment, stating child still has stating 1/2 baby teeth. Patient Keep in mind - this is a business. They make money selling braces. They can't stay in business without selling braces. read more

Wonderful service! I was greeted by Brianna with warmth and her beautiful smile. Mellissa was patient, caring and genuinely kind. Dr. Alexander was very thoughtful and meticulous. The facility is well designed, comfortable and immaculate! read more

We absolutely love Braces Oasis! Dr. Alexander is incredible--so knowledgeable, personable, and truly great with kids. The entire staff is wonderful and super fun; they always make us feel very welcome every time we visit. My daughter actually looks forward to her ortho appointments (which says a lot), thanks to the kind, patient team and the upbeat atmosphere. The office itself is amazing--it's got the coolest decor and such a fun, modern vibe. You can really tell they've put so much thought into creating a space that's both professional and welcoming for families. Plus, their social media is worth checking out--it perfectly reflects the fun, friendly energy you'll find when you walk through their doors. Couldn't recommend Braces Oasis more. They're truly the best! read more

I rarely write reviews, but I would give this practice a 10 if I could!!! Without going into details, I came in for a specific retainer. They took x-rays, photographs, and Dr. Alexander did a full consultation/review of my mouth and told me that he could not help me and that I needed to see a dentist for a solution for my missing teeth. I then asked him about whitening my lower stained teeth. Again he gave me a totally honest answer. Also, his front office receptionist, Melissa, and his dental tech, Vanessa, were BEYOND exceptional. And when I left, there was no charge. If I needed orthodontics, this would be the only place I would go to. read more

Braces Oasis is an absolute hidden GEM!! Dr. Alexander and his staff are honestly, over the top incredible! Their brand new office is extremely clean with state of the art technology & workstations. The instagram photo wall with hanging chairs are fabulous! Did I mention the slushy machine... for cold therapy aftercare of sore teeth. This truly is such a wonderful type of environment for adults & children alike to happily visit while dealing with not so fun teeth issues! Braces are such a huge investment both financially & also with the dedication of your time spent visiting the orthodontist. Once I realized what we were actually getting ourselves into, it was honestly overwhelming! From the moment I made that first phone call... Braces Oasis took time to patiently speak with me & explained all of my questions. They were even extremely understanding when it came to my current financial situation & what we could actually afford to put towards braces. After meeting with Dr. Alexander during the initial consultation, I knew Braces Oasis was for us! Dr. Alexander is absolutely AMAZING! He is very personable, attentive, and he genuinely cares about his patients! He always makes the effort to inform the parents (& patients) of current issues, next steps & even takes a moment to engage with their siblings waiting in the front of the office. I was blown away when we received a video text message from Dr. Alexander himself, checking in to see how my daughter was doing with aftercare once she received her new braces! This is whole heartedly what caring for your patients (along with going above & beyond) looks like! Trust me, no one provides service quite like Braces Oasis! THANK YOU Braces Oasis, for absolutely exceeded all of my expectations! They truly are a 'cut above the rest!' They've made this nerve wracking process... Smooth & worry free! What are you waiting for? Give them a call... I promise, you wont be disappointed!!! read more

Incredible caring company! We are out of town and my daughter is not a patient but she lost her rubber bands. She has been working so hard the last few months to wear them and she was so upset and stressed to lose progress. I called around and other offices were unable to help even though I was willing to pay, Melissa was so helpful and welcoming and was able to get us some rubber bands so we could enjoy our trip. This shows that they care more about what they will get in return but care about people and how they can help. Top notch business that cares for patients even if they aren't their own. If I lived here I would choose them hands down. Thank you! read more

Over all experience was amazing! Both me and my daughter got our braces with Dr. Alexander, he is so good at what he does. The feeling of the office is not like every other office where you can feel the tension between the staff. Here everybody is very nice and attentive. We love it, I don't regret it, plus it's affordable! read more

I got my teeth whitened here today with Mariah and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient, and very comfortable to be around. Her and the rest of the staffs energy here is unlike any other clinic I've visited before. I love how attentive the staff is and their great attention to detail. The teeth whitening was done within an hour and a half and my teeth are at least 3-4 shades whiter than they were before. I would come here again and recommend it to everyone else I know. read more
