She was also EXTREMELY polite and attentive and did absolutely everything to correct the situation. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the district manager was on site. He interceded & proceeded to acknowledge and address our situation. To me, it was minor inconvenience, but this restaurant handled it with class, grace, and a huge amount of professionalism. I give a top tier review to them! I've never been disappointed at this location, but today they went above and beyond! If you're ever dining at Texas Firehouse in Amarillo, Tx on Coulter...
