Our friends recommended this restaurant to us as their favorite restaurant in all of Italy. We got the tartare, carbonara, and the steak. The tartare and carbonara were great with truffle, which added the greatest bit of nuttiness and flavor. The guanciale in the carbonara was so crunchy and amazing as well. The steak was great, of course, with the smoked salt adding the perfect touch. To close, we had the best pistachio tiramisu- it made me melt in happiness! Roni, our server, was super friendly and helpful as well. He recommended the perfect wine pairing for our meal, and even treated us to the limoncello which was so fragrant and amazing.
