Our waiter was really nice and quick. Made some recommendations for my friends. There was 6 of us total. We tried the tres salsa and some tuna dip that I didn't try. The mild was good if you mixed the spicy one in it. It was lacking something. But the other two were really good. The taco salad was amazing. I think I got 2 full tomato's cut up in it maybe more. It had an avocado vinaigrette on it but it could have used ranch. The place isn't very big which I liked and you could hear everyone at the table. I did see a dog dish on a cart so I'm thinking if you sit outside you can bring your dog but I didn't ask about that. It would be worth looking into. The bathrooms were clean. But the door to open the men's was so loud and the trash can lid stuck when I tried to use the foot pedal then it popped up crazy fast.

Our server was attentive and we got food delivery and check ins from another server. I got the piko margarita and then the Paloma. Both were delicious! We got the salsa trio and all three were great, as well as the chips. For food I got the pork chili verde. It was a little disappointing - more potatoes than pork. My husband got the birria tacos which were amazing!! Edit: I ate my leftover pork chili verde the next day and every piece of pork was at least half fat; some were just pieces of fat and no meat. I understand pork butt is really fatty which makes it tender, but the amount of fat in my dish was disappointing. 3.5 stars

Nothing flashy, just a comfortable space that lets the food do the talking, and the food has plenty to say. We ordered the pistachio pesto campanelle, and it was outstanding. Rich pesto sauce, artichokes, and sun dried tomatoes coming together in a way that felt both rustic and deliberate. We also had the Caprese Bucatini, a spaghetti style pasta served with a small ball of fresh mozzarella in the center surrounded by marinara. Do not skip the garlic focaccia either. It is grilled, which adds a smoky depth you do not expect from a bread course. It was exceptional. The tiramisu trifle was the one miss for us. It needed more moisture to really land. Skip it and spend that room on more pasta. A note on the experience: there was one server covering the entire floor and what appeared to be one person in the kitchen. The restaurant was not busy, but we still waited longer than the situation seemed to call for. It did not ruin the meal, but it is worth knowing. The bathroom also needed attention. We spent $85 for two with non-alcoholic drinks, which felt fair for the quality and the neighborhood. They apparently do brunch, and I am already planning a return visit for that. This place deserves more attention than it seems to be getting.

It was comfortable due to the shade. We opted for the Tuscan Bread as an appetizer because I knew we wanted dessert. Wife had a pear and Gorgonzola salad, delicious. I chose the iceberg wedge with House Gorganzola and bacon, perfect. I ordered a Chicken Picatta, cooked perfectly with a buttery lemon sauce and the biggest flavorful capers I've ever seen. It was served over garlic mashed potatoes. Every bite was amazing Wife had a shrimp linguine dish that she loved. We finished with the special chocolate cake with three scoops of house made vanilla ice cream the sized of large oranges. It would have served three easily. I could go on about the meal if I could find better words. Our server, Arthur is a real pro. He was training Amie? Our every desire was met without feeling rushed. We were in no hurry to leave. Look, we are retired and very frugal. Dropping $200 on a night out is a very special occasion for us. When we reach that occasion we need it to be rewarding. Arthur, Amie, and everything else about Tuscany left us feeling we need to do this more often. Sorry I'm not the guy taking pictures of my food so none here. Trust me, you need to be there.

I usually get…read morefairly basic pizzas (sausage only, pepperoni only etc) and their cheese and meats are great! I also REALLY like their garlic knot appetizer. It has the right amount of garlic, which is a LOT). When I open the box (when I get it to go) you can smell it from 50 ft away. The garlic is freshly grated and the oil isn't drizzled on top but doused (which I also love; seriously there is so much oil that in the to go container it sloshed around but thankfully doesn't leak through). The vibe is also very laid back. This can be a pro or a con depending on how busy it is. If they are busy and you are looking for a fast meal and multiple refills of your soda you aren't likely to be happy. If you are looking for a place to spend and hour or more hanging out with friends drinking a couple of beers and eating good pizza you will love this place. I've been to Spedellis in both circumstances multiple times and it's way more enjoyable when having the time to sit and enjoy it. The reason for 1 less star than max is the slowish service when fast would be nice and also their chicken wings appetizer. As much love as I give to the garlic knots...the chicken wings I do not recommend. They are small, you don't get many, and they are drastically overpriced. I like Spedelli's a lot and recommend going there...just not for chicken wings

She was the one who went out of her way to bring us waters and salsa and this was like half way through our meal. Our server checked on us after we were done with our meal, so we couldn't ask her or anyone around for anything else we wanted. They are on the small side but tasted wonderful and packed a punch. Service was very good and the timing of everything that came out was spot on. The only weird thing was when I wanted to pay cash, the server came back to our table with his personal wallet to make change, which he couldn't and I ended up having to use my card. Not a big deal but very weird for a restaurant to not have cash to make change. If there was something that said electronic payment only, I guess I missed it.
