It was a bad experience due to the inexperience - or something - of the saleswoman "fitting" me. I…read moream sorry to say that I had the most unpleasant bra fitting of my life in this shop and I left in tears. Literally when I left and said, I hope you have a nice day, the saleswoman said "I hope you don't!" We were alone in the shop. Who talks like this? Anyway, whatever is in her heart, that's on her. The only reason I can think of her being that angry was my breasts were too big to fit into any bras or swimsuits in her shop. When I'd called the day before to say I needed a fitting, the person I spoke with was so pleasant and cheerful and I could tell she knew her way atriums a tape measure. Sadly that lady was not on duty when I came in the next day! So for those who do not know, the way to fit someone in a bra is NOT to have them try on bras with far-too-small cup sizes in increasing sizes. If you are holding a tape measure please measure my chest as well as my rib cage. And if doing that makes you uncomfortable, please get out of the bra-fitting business. Two stars because the store smelled clean and had parking.

Back in May I had ordered a dress for her AT A DIFFERENT STORE and when I called to check on the dress 3 weeks ago, they told me it had never been ordered!!!) So there I was, three weeks out from a wedding with no dress. To make it more difficult, she's 12 years old, but very thin and very tall. Finding something that is age appropriate, that fits her, is in stock and absolutely has to be navy and floor length....that's near impossible. I had been to 6 other stores with no luck! I was freaking out! And then I went to Jacqueline :) All the ladies were such a big help. They measured her and figured out that a ladies size 00 would fit the closest and would only require minimal alterations. They have a huge range of options, so we tried different styles and were able to find a dress we liked. They confirmed with their manufacturers that it was available in size 00, and in navy, could be delivered in only a few days! Plus their seamstress was on-site and able to rush through the alterations, hemming the length, taking in the sides and creating straps to make it age appropriate. We just picked up the dress yesterday, and we leave Monday for the wedding, just in time!! The dress looks great and fits her perfectly (and looks better than the one that we had originally ordered)! I am so relieved! Some basic info on the store: They aren't a browsing type of store. You need an appointment, but this makes sense because the store is a boutique size and is PACKED full of dresses. You'd never be able to find what you need on your own. Plus most of the dresses are in thick plastic bags to keep them clean (and none of them are picked or losing beading like in department stores with dresses crammed together) so it's difficult to see what the dress even looks like in the bag. All the ladies know exactly what they have and what they can get, so they will pull selections for you to try on. They also have some dresses that can be custom made for you. The dressing rooms are clean and spacious and there are good mirrors and lighting in the store. They also have dedicated parking spots in the back of the store. *They do have a sign saying that you need to have a parent with you if you are under 21 and prom shopping. I've seen some other reviews saying this is rude and nasty or whatever. But I get it... if I want to go buy a dress, I don't want one that is dirty and torn from tons of rude teenagers trying it on 50 times when they can't afford it anyway. Be honest...how many times have you gone to a store, tried on a dress, loved it, but went and looked for another one in your size because the one you tried on is dirty, torn, missing beads and has makeup and deodorant all over it? They are just keeping the dresses nice and they aren't the only store that does this.* Selections: They have mostly gowns and dresses for formal and semi-formal occasions like proms and weddings. Short, long, glitzy, sexy, understated, elegant, indoors, outdoors, daytime, nighttime whatever the event, I'm telling you they have it. Price: I think their prices are right in line with all the other dress shops, the only difference being that the dresses are much nicer. Also they have lots of different price points; some dresses are a few hundred, some are a few thousand. All in all, it's a great dress shop and I'll be going back.
