I spent $85,500 hiring this company to install a pool, put in French drains, lighting in trees, an irrigation system, and landscaping. Here is where we are three months later. The pool liner was never set properly (nickels holding it in) and has developed a leak. The pump was shooting out sand through the jets. The contractor advised to turn the pump off and he would come back to fix. That was a week and a half ago and he hasn't been by and we have a huge mosquito pond. The house that I have lived in for over 20 years flooded last Friday night for the first time ever, so I'm guessing the French drains do not work. The lighting quit working about 8-10 weeks ago (contractor aware, said he would come fix, he never came back). We had to dig a trench where the French drain should be to get the water out of the house. The plants look nice because I've watered them every day or two since a functioning irrigation system was never installed. I am in a much worse position than if I had never spent a dollar. I am now left hiring people to fix all of the problems left behind on top of the money I spent with this company. read more
