At first this LLC seemed promising. I was told by the owner he would have 3-4 additional people and it would take 2-3 days which was right around what I was expecting. They stated they would start at 9 on the first day and didn't show up until almost 1030. When they arrived they had 3 people. Day one went pretty well. Day two, they arrived late again with no communication about delays until I messaged and called. When they arrived 2 hours late, I confronted them and one of the workers responded with "Well it's your house so you weren't really waiting". Not a very professional response. They did not have all the tools to complete the job and had to use my nail guns and my compressor hose. They broke the hose and dropped the nail gun off the roof twice. The owner stated he would replace or repair the hose, which he did to use it, but when he left he took the components off leaving me with a damaged hose again. While working on the roof, they left a huge mess of debris and trash in the attic and stepped through the ceiling in one spot that was soft (it was pointed out prior to working there) and nobody said anything to me about it. I noticed when I was putting my niece to bed and there was drywall and insulation all over her bed. It would have been nice to get a heads up that they had put their foot through the ceiling, I understand accidents happening but no communication of that was unacceptable. Overall the job took three times as long as anticipated, and on multiple days there were only two workers on the roof, which was not the original plan. It rained on the 4th and 5th day, which I anticipated having the roof done by then, and it caused multiple leaks inside the house and the insulation to get damp in many spots as well as the ceiling drywall getting a little soft in certain areas. They offered to repair these areas, but after seeing their work on the roof I was afraid to have them do anything additional because it would take them weeks and it would not have been done correctly. All in all you get what you pay for. I got a roof that is complete, but it's not complete perfectly. It was done very slowly and mediocre at best. Additionally, on the back side of the house as you're looking at it on the left side, the corner of the house was not nailed down properly. The corner lifts up a little bit, the truss end needed to be scabbed but was not, and the plywood was not nailed properly to the roof. I had to climb up after they were done and remove part of the shingles to secure that piece and add in a scab and then reinstall the roof members or that corner would have blown off in the next storm. If you need a job done quick, find someone else. If you want it done cheap, this is your guy, but beware, it'll be longer than expected and the work may not be as you desire. One last thing I forgot to mention previously, when they installed the roof boots around some of my pipe, they did not attach anything inside the roof, and I had to climb through the crawl space and readjust and attach two of them to avoid leaks. I will say that the owner of the company seems very knowledgeable and is hard working, however I feel like the people he has working for him are less than desirable which makes the entire project difficult to complete in a timely manner and with high quality. read more

Included in my price was a rate to change recessed lights. According to a licensed electrician, two lights needed to be changed. When I contacted Moran handyman, he gave me a good price. Then reported to me that it was just a breaker switch that needed to be turned on therefore did not charge.
