Unfortunately, what started as decent service turned into an extremely unreliable experience. The…read moreservice became more and more inconsistent until there were weeks when our pool simply wasn't being serviced at all. We repeatedly had to reach out and ask when someone was actually going to show up. The most frustrating part is that we never missed or delayed a payment. We held up our end of the relationship, yet the company showed very little regard for holding up theirs. Going weeks without service and having to chase down your pool company is not acceptable. Communication was poor, reliability was virtually nonexistent, and the overall lack of professionalism was extremely disappointing. A business cannot expect customers to continue paying for a service that they have to repeatedly remind the company to actually provide. I'm leaving this review as a warning to potential customers: if consistency, communication, and reliability matter to you, I would think twice before hiring this company. Unfortunately, I don't believe we are the only customers who will eventually become frustrated by this level of service.

I never authorized my property to be used in advertising or marketing materials, and seeing my home featured publicly was upsetting. My overall experience was equally disappointing. During the approximately three weeks I hired this company, I spent around $1,000 trying to get my pool clean, and it never remained consistently clean. Communication and scheduling were also a major problem. Service visits were inconsistent, and I never knew when someone would show up. I don't mind flexible scheduling if it's communicated, but there was very little communication, and appointments were unreliable. There were even times when I was told the technician was in another city instead of being here as expected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers deserve consistent service, clear communication, and respect for their privacy. Businesses should obtain permission before using photos of a customer's property in their marketing

We charge 80.00 a week to maintain your pool and keep it clean so that you won't have to worry about anything and that includes chemicals. If you do not want us to maintain it for you and you just want a one time service we charge 100.00 plus chemicals for just one service call. So if your pool has been opened and you just need someone to come help you get it back right one time its 100.00 plus chemicals and we usually get to you the same day, if not, the next day for sure.
