Hit a deer while driving on the interstate. Pulled off to a side road in a huge apartment complex,…read morecalled AAA, and this is who they sent. First off, the response time was quick. Second, the driver (Douglas, I believe) called to let us know he was on his way. I gave him my location as best as possible (just hit a deer doing 65, was a bit shaken and flaky), he managed to find us in the parking lot maze. Even with my crappy description. Douglas is, simply put, amazing. He helped me find my keys that I somehow misplaced. He then helped me look for my phone, which I managed to misplace while looking for my keys. He helped get my 84 year old, 4'9" tall mom into the big ass truck for the ride home. He was a calming influence on both of us. He then kept a conversation going during the 30+ mile drive to my house to dump the car off. When we got to the house, his first concern was helping my mom out of the car. Look, anyone can tow your car. There are a million companies out there who can do it. Lord knows, I've had my share of clunkers that needed towed and have used plenty of different companies to tow them. What you don't run across often is that level of customer service and genuine caretaking. I haven't used them before, but I will certainly call them again if I find myself in need.

TL:DR - Super painless experience. Quoted an hour to get to me, ended up being 20 min. Everything…read morewas automated via text, confirmation of tow, notification of driving coming, driver being 5 min out, payment receipt, and completion. Reasonable price, and really friendly service. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just want to say I was really impressed and happy with my overall tow experience with A2B. You always get worried working with any tow agency in terms of getting ripped off and bad overall experiences. But I called A2B, the dispatcher was very friendly over the phone, and did let us know they were backed up today and said it would be about an hour before someone could get to us (another company had already said it'd take them about 2 hours) and gave me a quote of under $100 all in to tow 5 miles. After confirming,, they took down my location, my destination, and my phone number. She then let me know I'd get a text letting my know when the driver was on their way and when they were 5 min out. Then I get an automated text confirming my tow. Less than 5 min later, a driver called me, to confirm my location, and get details on my car. Didn't have to wait an hour, great. I got a text saying he was on his way, then another text saying he was 5 min away. All in all, I waited about 20 min from calling to the driver arriving. The driver was super friendly, and very quick. The car got loaded onto the bed within 10 min of him showing up. I completed payment, which was the quoted price, and we were on our way. He took photos of the car before loading to confirm it's condition, loaded it, and was super quick to the garage we had the car towed to. I dare say he was faster than us. All I all it was super painless experience. I'm glad I took a change on A2B and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

My car unfortunately was towed to this location last week because it was involved in an accident…read moreafter being stolen. The ladies are very friendly in there which was nice because sometime they give you a hard time with paperwork and identification. It was an easy process but very pricey for not even 15 hours of staying here. Luckily I was reimbursed from my insurance. Also sucks that I had to go to a seperate office then caught a ride with another customer heading to the lot or else I would have had to walk over an hour (since i'm carless). I wish the office would have mentioned this so we could come prepared. Overall good experience and friendly team.

*ATTENTION*WARNING* Buyers beware!!…read moreI have been in the automotive industry from the factory level to building Sema show vehicles for nearly 30yrs. I have had work done here years ago, and Scott the owner was involved and the service was great to my "SEMA" jeep build. I have relocated back to the area, and I'm being told by the Mgr Steve that Scott is pretty hands off now, but he could take care of me. I had them quote me to install a brand new Carli lift on a brand new Ram 2500. Steve quoted me $2300 and I called the manufacturer of the lift, to verify the amount they were quoting me, and they specifically told me that they do them daily at their shop, and it's should be in the range of $1200-$1600 including the alignment, but no more than that. First red flag. I then asked them if they could put new tpms sensors in a brand new set of beadlocks and tires that the tires are already mounted to the rims, and I told him that I needed them to supply the sensors as well. He then quoted me $650, in which I had scheduled a different appointment for that. I also was a supervisor in the military and a department mgr at an automotive manufacturing facility. So I know to be very specific and detailed when I'm explaining services needed. I told him that they were beadlocks, and they needed to be dismounted and sensors installed and rebalanced. He even told me that they wouldn't program the sensors until we got the lift installed. I confirmed everything with him at that time. I took the rims and tires to the shop to drop them off right when they opened. I asked him if they would unload them from the truck, he paused and looked at me as if it was my job to unload them. And said, let me see IF I can find someone to do it. He comes out to the truck and said, well I guess I'm helping YOU unload them. So I unload 2 wheels and we rolled them into the shop. There were around 6-8 guys just standing around talking, since they were just opening, and they watched US roll the tires to the back of the shop. One of the techs whispered to him something, and then Steve came to me, and said "man I didn't know we were doing beadlocks". I said yes I told you that, and not only that, you helped me unload it and wheeled it into the shop! A blind man can see that they were beadlocks, not to mention how much heavier they are compared to regular rim and tire. He then said "let me go check something". So we walked back up to the front counter, and he said "man they'll kill me if I make them do this for $650". he then told me that it would be $1200 to do the job!! I said "no way!" So I went and rolled one of the wheels out to my truck and loaded it, and he followed me out with the other one and said "sorry man". Well "SORRY MAN" doesn't fix anything. I've called 3 other performance shops in the area and they quoted me $300 to do it, minus the cost of the sensors. Scott, if you're reading this, you should really get back in there man, I had a great experience with you and that Big brake kit you did to my Rubicon, but this guy has no integrity, no ethics, and is going to ruin your company name with practices like this, because I'm here to tell you that I've read the past reviews and there are quite a few of these situations on there, and it won't take long for the word to spread. There are a lot of us who have ties to the auto, jeep, and Offroad industry and this kind of publicity will spread fast. An educated shopper will be able to research and see how this guy is inflating the prices and robbing people! I hope this reaches all the people who were shopping around to buy and get parts installed, do a little research, and educate yourselves so guys like this can't take advantage of you and your hard earned money.
