The beauty section is quite decent. I was surprised at some really good sales going on. I saw more than a few brands on buy one, get one half off or discounted well. Honestly, I couldn't decide on which brand I wanted, so I decided to do more research and come back another day. The cold pack was the necessity. Whereas the beauty section had a decent variety and price point, the cold and hot pack area didn't. They did have a deal going on, but I didn't need two on a buy one, get one half off. I would've rather had more options, if I'm being completely honest. I managed to find one that would work, but I was hoping to find one of those thin, bead masks, because those work amazingly well. The had a mask in the 'as seen on tv' aisle, but sadly not what I was looking for. The cold and hot packs are near the pharmacy. In the past, I've had employees at least offer some assistance. Not here. I didn't even really get more than a second glance from them at all. It was a little weird from a Walgreens, as usually they are much more pleasant. I had to wait a few minutes for a cashier to come up and ring my sale. He was pleasant, however, so it wasn't too big of a deal. I'll probably come back, assuming some of the deals are still running when I have time. Depending on that trip, there may be some updating to the review. We shall see!

You can't send my script to them other? NO. I have to wait over 12 hrs to contact my doc and ask for ANOTHER script to be sent to one with the meds. Asked about Just in time system why foul up. Cause they "updated" their system. ROTFL. Poor programming probably student programmer. NEVER had issues like this before. Customers shouldn't have to go out of their way for supplies needed. Very poor customer service !!!

Pharmacy tech Cat is always very nice and helpful and she was helping a co worker as well so it seems they have a good dynamic to working as a team and getting customers taken care of. They're also the only place that has the cherry laffy taffy so I frequently go to this one.

I have had a great experience with customer service in the pharmacy. However I have concerns…read moreregarding the current pharmacist on staff. In the last month and a half, I have caught two major errors in prescriptions. First one: only 30 of 90 days was filled. Someone marked it as a complete order. I had to go up there and explain, brought the bottle, and had to watch them try to figure it out on the computer. They fixed it with no issue and I was able to get the other 60 pills, but they still had no idea how it happened in the first place. Second one: Multiple errors! My son had an increased dosage of a med and I went to pick up the refill. When I got home, I found that it was the old dosage and not the current one. I had to deep dive online to find that they never discontinued the old prescription. On top of that, the label said there was only 40 mLs in the bottle, but there was easily a lot more than that. I had to bring it all up to the pharmacy to have them fix it. The pharmacist was able to fix it, but online it still shows that the old prescription is ready for pickup. I guess I will find out next month if it is actually discontinued or if another error will be made. I'm very concerned that if I found two errors with ours, how many people are picking up meds with errors that don't notice it.

Of the four prescriptions we requested, three were either delayed or completely out of stock. I ended up canceling and going to the Walgreens at Wolfrum Road. I've never seen a Walgreens with such limited hours. Feels like this location is on the down slide. Hope they work it out; empty lots aren't good for property values.
