The store manager, Brian, was very helpful and let me use his phone to contact a family member to "rescue" me. I was offered food, drink, and a chair while I waited. The staff person, Terri, checked with me to make sure I was ok several times. The person handing out food samples, Susie, also offered me support (along with food samples) and was a very positive and consoling person. Kwik Trip employees and staff rate high on my list. I work a night shift job, so it's normal for me to come in around 3 a.m. to get a snack. On several occasions, I've had an employee follow me around as if I were going to steal something. The takeaway is this: if you are white, this place may be fine. If you are not, expect to be profiled.

Customer service was great, very friendly and helpful. Products were pretty good and fresh (purcahsed some produce and precooked meals) However what was pretty good that I want tell you is, the beef buritos. That is the best beef and bean burito ever.
