After confirming that they processed it through insurance, I was charged $5 instead. Since I received the wrong prescription, I had to make a special trip back to the drive-thru to return it and request the correct one. They assured me that the money I paid would be refunded to my card, even though I had paid in cash. I waited in line for another 40 minutes, only to be told that the prescription wasn't ready and would be available in an hour. On my third visit, I was informed that the prescription was out of stock and might be ready the next day. After much frustration, I had the prescription sent to another pharmacy, and I received it within the hour. Walgreens, your pharmacy needs to get its act together!
