I pulled in and found a spot rather quickly. I ran inside and first made my way to the facilities. They were in decent shape. Then I was out to the main floor to grab myself a sweet tea. I browsed the shelves to see if there might be anything I wanted to grab. Not much of a selection, so I made my way to the register. Normally I would do self checkout but with the one item I needed being behind the counter I had to interact with staff. With my items secured I made my way back outside to continue my day.

I called to question it and was told that they had multiple calls and would look into and call back. I had to call again and follow up. I spoke with one lady who stated that they did not read the meter in December because the guy that reads it, apparently must be the only person in the company that can do it, was ill. Thier explanation began with increase in usage, taking averages from customers in surrounding areas and then tweaking the number then just ended up saying it was just due to the weather. They tried confusing with first talking about the usage then the gallons used the just really kept talking in circles giving absolutely NO legitimate reason behind their calculation or real effort to find a solution. I heard they were a scam but I was hoping that they would at least wait a year before screwing me out of so much money. I am afraid now to see what the next bill will be. I have now reduced my intakes I'm even more probably freeze afraid the next bill will be in the thousands. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR HEATING SERVICE THEY ARE A SCAM AND LOOK FOR WAYS TO CHEAT YOU OUT IF YIUR MONEY. TAKE A LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THEYBARE TRUE. They should BE INVESTIGATED. Went inside spoke to store clerk, first asked who had been working there answering phones in the last hour. He replied "only me." I explained the misquoted price I was given over the phone.
