The matter escalated and he continued his rant by verbally threatening me, calling me a white racist POS, and saying he was going to stick his **** in my mouth. These actions were initially unprovoked and his actions during the entire interaction should lead to his immediate termination.

He then made me leave the property when I was drinking my bottled tea outside the building. I asked for his name and he refused and threatened to call the cops. I am extremely supportive (and wanting other towns to join) of the Full Service Law, evident in Milford, Upton and only a very few other towns throughout the Bay State. After my terrible experience at the Mobil across the street, I thought I'd stop at Plaza Shell this time, as I didn't feel like traveling further into the center of Milford, and this gas station had pretty good prices (alright, it's a little more than the Mobil) and accepts Stop&Shop Gas Points. Plus, it's full serve, and you don't get the stink eye, like at the Mobil station across the street. While there is not an official store, like the Mobil, I'd prefer making an extra stop just so I don't need to deal with those clowns. Plus they do have a small store inside with drinks, cigarettes, and even some candy. Friendly employees, and this station is always less busy than the other too! Located on Medway Road / Route 109, right next to McDonald's. Remember your Stop&Shop card! 5 stars for Plaza Shell.

(They do not take orders at the counter and want customers to place orders on the standing kiosk system that is standing to the right side of the counter.) Lots of swiping and up selling when placing the order. I just wanted a chicken parm and a Italian sausage sub. After placing the order the kiosk prompted if I would like to make it a combo meal? "No Thank you" Then I was prompted with another pop up asking if I would like to add a soda to the order "No Thank you" Then I was prompted if I would like to add Chips to the order "Thank you all set" I would have thought that after these up sell prompts would be enough....but no...one more prompt of snacks that I would buy along with the sandwiches. "NO THANK YOU...." Holy Crap.... I was the only one in the store so I would have thought this would be quick and fast....Somehow it still took 18 minutes to get my 2 sandwiches.....I guess even though there were a total of three people on staff along with the manager, the in depth conversation of how their night went. Upon finally getting my order I have another question...Where is the sandwich?!?!?! It was mostly bread and for $20.00 this was totally not worth the wait or the money. My recommendation. Horrible service…read more Stopped to get a quick splash of gas so I could rush my daughter to the hospital for a head laceration. Pump problems. Wouldn't take my card. Wouldn't take any card I had. Kept flashing the dumb Rewards Card input. In the calmest way I could under the circumstance, I went to give my card to the teenager who decided to lecture me about how I needed a mask to enter. In addition, the "child" working there decided she was going to also lecture me on "using my card at the pump instead." Luckily I was able to figure it out quickly and got my daughter to the hospital. Are they scraping the bottom of the barrel for attendants nowadays? Don't bother with this place. Go somewhere else. I actually don't understand why every town in Massachusetts doesn't have the "Full Serve Law". Seriously.... why would anyone actually want to fill up their gas tank themselves? It just doesn't make sense. Plus, anyone who does patronize those places that are self serve are taking jobs away from unemployed people. I would seriously feel guilty if I owned a gas station and didn't have it full serve. Anyway, this station fights with Mobil across the way on Route 85, but I'll still be coming here. The prices are lower and the amenities are greater. Now, this station doesn't have a great convenience store. If you are in need of a convenience store Mobil is your best shot. However, if you need an oil change, minor car repair, or even a propane tank, they've got your back too. Good prices and lots of services. No car wash, but between the other four in town, you'll find another place nearby. Would be great if a full convenience store was added here, but overall, I really like Granite Gulf and the "independent" feel of the shop, even though Gulf is a chain gas station (always good to see franchises!). 4 stars for Granite Gulf in Milford.
