The other was a gentlemen who directed me while pulling in my car, he gets a 3/10 because well he was rude. Had I not interacted with him I would've given this place 5 stars. I was given the option to stay in the car or go inside, I was pressed on time so I waited inside. It took about 15/20 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I left. There was a coupon online which brought my oil change to about $70, seemed a little high but at that point it didn't bother me- I assume they charged what was needed. If you're in need of quick service oil changes this could be a solid option.

I explained that I believed the issue was caused by the neutral safety switch, which is a known and common issue for this model. Instead of inspecting that part, the shop replaced my starter and battery terminal posts, charging me $966. The problem was never fixed -- the Jeep still has the exact same starting issue. When I returned, Starr Auto admitted it might actually be the neutral safety switch and said they could repair it for another $200. That clearly shows the first repair was misdiagnosed and unnecessary. I'm a disabled veteran with VA disabled license plates, and I rely on my vehicle for daily mobility. I trusted this shop to treat me fairly, but instead I feel taken advantage of and disappointed by their lack of professionalism and integrity. I've since filed a credit card dispute for the $966 charge and would strongly caution other customers -- especially veterans -- to avoid this business.

The gal was on the phone, the guy stuttered for a long seconds with "uhhhhhhhh.....it starts at $35". I asked him why does it costs less than an oil change, the stated price on the sign board, in their shop, for $30. He said: that's inside. I said: What's the difference between inside and outside? He replies: well...that's the advertised price inside, in the event that we run a special. Normally, an oil change costs $70. Really? They're in the business of slashing 60% off? Terrible liar. After sensing a complete bait-n-switch with a flavor ful of up-pricing, I just leave. How hard is it to move 2 tires from the back to the front, and vice versa? And, for $35? Ha!
