I worked with Pat in the sales department who was attentive and helpful when answering my questions. Pat made decision making smooth and realistic. He also helped us with trading in my car. Before driving off the lot, Pat went through all the new technology and explained how to utilize it! We even called OnStar together in order to get onboarded.

Instead of doing the work I asked for, they convinced me to let them replace all the brakes, even though they themselves had done the other side just seven months ago. The pricing was already higher than expected, but what really pushed it over the edge was the added 3% credit card fee. When I questioned it, I was told it was a fee from the credit card company. That is simply not true. It is a fee they chose to pass on. Be honest about it. Customers can handle the truth. We do not appreciate being misled. On top of that, the attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. If you are going to charge premium prices, at least treat people like they matter. I walked away feeling overcharged, talked down to, and frustrated. There are plenty of auto shops around Richfield. This is not one I would recommend.

They listed some stuff that could be fixed, but unlike the dealership, they didn't have any pressure. The car drives like it did before the strut issue and Tommy was actually at the desk when we picked it up. Super cool guy and seemed super honest, what more do you want in a car guy? We will be back often. They are right across the street from a NAPA auto part place, which probably helps!

I'm not quite sure the dealership would have been as forthright. Their honesty and quality of care is an 11 on a 10 point scale. On top of that, both Tommy and Anton are really nice, friendly guys who will go out of their way to make you happy. For example, Anton noticed the loaner needed new wipers when he was scraping off the snow. Since they had none in stock, Anton took the wipers off his car and installed them on the loaner...... I explained that I believed the issue was caused by the neutral safety switch, which is a known and common issue for this model. Instead of inspecting that part, the shop replaced my starter and battery terminal posts, charging me $966. The problem was never fixed -- the Jeep still has the exact same starting issue. When I returned, Starr Auto admitted it might actually be the neutral safety switch and said they could repair it for another $200. That clearly shows the first repair was misdiagnosed and unnecessary. I'm a disabled veteran with VA disabled license plates, and I rely on my vehicle for daily mobility. I trusted this shop to treat me fairly, but instead I feel taken advantage of and disappointed by their lack of professionalism and integrity. I've since filed a credit card dispute for the $966 charge and would strongly caution other customers -- especially veterans -- to avoid this business.
