The benefit to going to this station is it is full serve. The station is near my house so it is easy. I always found the guys at the pumps to be nice and always pumped the gas fine, No spillage or anything bad. My review of this Citgo would of been a 4 stars, But just after the Sandy hurricane, There price for gas jumped about 40-50 cents a gallon overnight. Not sure if they all of a sudden had to pay more or not but when you are desperate for gas you go were you have to go. Like all customers I did not like the fact that it seemed like they were price gouging ?????.

My car was given back without the front or back clean. I asked for them to wipe it, they did but with much attitude flaring their arms up. sides of my black car has streaks from perhaps a cleaner? but i was scared to ask for any additional wiping. Interior dash only was just wiped, console wasnt cleaned. rubber mats just shaken off, not washed. carpeting surrounding rubber mats weren't vacuumed. seats weren't vacuumed. tire oil was only applied to 1/2 of each tire. I had to fix it myself it looked so hideous. my car is only a few months old. all black- so white powder on carpets & seats are hard to miss for them to vacuum! went here a few years ago- was just as bad both times.. wont return to give them another dime ever.

The man in the convenience booth gives excellent customer service he's very friendly. This isn't the gas station where you can buy whatever your heart desires, but it serves gas! Go figure. It does have a TV on the pumps and soon you'll be able to pay with your phone which will be convenient.

And heat change, light change, Wheel rotator ( dunno the term, but u get the idea), belt change, towing my car. And many more services. I love how honest they are too. One night while i was driving home from work i realized the light inside my car was dark. I wasn't able to see my speedometer. And it was pretty scary bc just my luck i got lost driving and wasn't able to see how fast/slow i was driving on the highway. Thankfully i made it home. Took my car in the next day, explained the situation and Tom was able to fix it w.o charging me a penny bc it was some switch that was accidentally switched. Now you see, i bet if it was any other mechanic shop they would keep your car, have you wait and then later on charge you for a couple of hours for their man hours. (I know this from experience) i took my car in to pep boys one time in Queens they kept my car overnight. And lets just say the next morning i wasnt a happy camper! Besides needing gas i had a warning light for air on one of my tires and i needed air. The gas prices are about the least expensive in the area also it is the only station anywhere around that has a free air machine!!!!!!!! Yes you read that right FREEEEEEE air. That is a big difference from most of the stations that charge 75 cents to 1.50 for 3 minutes of air , and alot dont even work well what crooks. It is really nice for a change that a station thinks of the consumer rather than there bottom line. By doing so they gain a very loyal customer who definitely will be back again.
