I called the local Brooklyn Pep Boys, they said I'd have to come in and get a ticket and then they would see me to get wiper fluid in about 90 min from the time I get the ticket. Am I in an alternative universe?! What is happening? So I just randomly called this Sunoco and a super friendly guy answered the phone. He said "no problem. Come on over," or something like that. I drove there and he freaking greeted me without me getting out of the car. He could obviously tell I was the frantic girl w/ a wiper fluid issue. I don't know squat about cars. I asked if I could see were he pulled the lever to release the hood, and my request for a tiny car maintenance lesson was granted. He put the wiper fluid in; he did it all super quick. The whole thing was beautiful. In & out in less than 5 min and customer service is 100%. THIS is where I'll always stop on my way to Costco now. Kudos!

The ownership changed hands over the years but there has been a continuity of good service in that time, otherwise I would not have kept going there. The Sunoco gas they sell is also very good. They tend to be quite busy because they have so many loyal customers like me, so sometimes you might have to wait, but it's worth the wait. The station has also been upgraded recently with a mini convenience store installed in the office. The hours of operation have also been extended. The gas pumps are open for 24 hours, 7 days a week, and repair service is available from 8 in the morning to 10 at night to keep you on the road. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

They let me borrow a tank of air, under the stern condition that I bring it right back. After filling up my tire, I brought the car to them and returned the air tank. A mechanic jacked up my car and removed the tire, identifying a puncturing screw as the culprit. After yanking out the foreign object he quickly patched the tire, then charged me a very reasonable amount of money for the work. It's hard to imagine a better outcome. I appreciate the empathy they showed for my plight and the trust they extended to me. Way cheaper than buying a new tire, and the speed of service was terrific.

The intersection area, in particular, is always crowded as well. There have been times I've had to wait for multiple light changes to leave. They have a convenience store to get a snack or coffee unlike the one at the 11th Avenue BP. However, since I only visit for gas, I prefer the 11th Avenue BP. They also have self-cleaning and air pump machines. They also never have receipt paper at the gas pump machines. I am someone who would like a receipt, so I end up always having to go inside to ask.

I always notice the gas prices around my area and this BP beats all unless my other gas station beats it which happens from time to time. So we tried ordering cherry hoping they'd send coke but we ended up with a cherry and a piña colada slurpee. Sure grubhub refunded us but it's annoying that the receipt literally says the flavor and yet they ALWAYS get it wrong. Going into this location is hit or miss.. there's a police prescient next door so during shift changes it's packed with officers getting their snacks for their shift. I've never had a bad experience with customer service here, all the employees seem friendly and approachable. I should note I only have ever come here in person during the afternoon so idk how it is at night or early morning. In person, coffee is usually fresh I've never had a bad cup from here. The food is also hit or miss but it's 711 so expectations shouldn't be high anyway. The couple of times we bought taquitos they were ok. The empanadas were nastttyyy but I have a high standard for empanadas so I technically did it to myself there. But hey at least I can say I tried it!
