I live down the street so I walked up. The guy at the front desk moved beyond slow and couldn't even recommend anyone locally for a tow truck. He didn't even know what a tow truck was and he seemed lost. I know, Night Shift guys pumping gas may not know who to recommend. I got a tow after hitting google and had the car dropped off. Spoke to the owner the following day at 7. Explain the situation with my car with the ABS lights. He told me he'll look at it at some point during the day. That I just gotta give him time cause he's jammed up and to call in the afternoon to see if they had a chance to check it out. I called at 1 o'clock and a lady answer the phone told me they were just about to put the car into the bay to work on and call back in about an hour. I call back in an hour. The owner picks up and start screaming at me like a lunatic. I've never been spoken to such a way in all my years working customer service and dealing with the public; he was screaming at me so much my boss could hear him over the phone and we were looking at each other horrified. Like I told him I understand you jammed up I was just told by the young lady you were bringing into the bay in an hour ago and call and see if you figure out what the issue was. I can't get off the phone. He would not let me get off the phone screaming at me for over a five minutes and how they still did it look at the issue on the car yet. I called him back later in the day as I'm about to leave work at 4 and I told him I just need to know if you have an idea what the issue is and if I have to make arrangements for the following day for a ride; and again screaming at me like a wild lunatic to only call me a half an hour later and they fixed the car quoted me 300 when I got there it went up to 500 and change. And again he kept yelling at me that I wasn't giving them time and how dare I call. I refuse to do business with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone there is no reason to speak to a human being that way to carry on like a psychopath and as it is, I gotta take the car now to another mechanic this morning cause the brakes aren't working after what they did. Very poor customer service attitude, and I am incredibly angry and disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken to and that the amount of money I spent I gotta still take my car to another Mechanic. If I could get this place a negative star I absolutely would. I would never do business with him again. I won't even get gas with them again. I've never dealt with such horrible customer service.

I get out of the car confused. He's says you asked snacks and walk out without buying. I said. What? I left because you don't have what I want. He then orders me to empty out my purse. Went there, met the gentleman who is also the owner and head mechanic. Fantastic customer service so I didnt mind the wait (he apologized for it as well). The cost is very reasonable and he shaved a few bucks off as I paid in cash. Will certainly be returning for small jobs. Highly recommend to you, Yelp fam.

The jobs were completed neatly, within estimated times (based on book times which I had read prior to bringing my 2013 GMC Savana van in). The price was well within normal expectations, both for the time and for the local area. I confirmed the work afterwards by examining the brake and power steering fluids, noting the work area under my hood clean and neat around the fluid storage sections. I also noted that, without asking, they filled my windshield washer fluid. Nice touch. :) I was promptly called when the job was finished and found my van doors locked when arriving, believe it or not something that too many stations fail to do. I was pleased with the work and feel lucky to have such a professional service station so close to my home.

They never came out saying I need all this extra work done. They have given me notice that things are not great and to expect to bring it in for brakes and what not but I find that helpful. Once, I unexpectedly got a couple of flat tires and needed replacing, they got me them the same day and I don't feel like I was over charged. I'm sure if I went to a whole tire center I would have gotten a better deal but I didn't have the opportunity and I don't feel like I was ripped off.

I think it was Sunoco, Shell, this Exxon and another no name gas station. All $2.09. The fill up was $23.00 This station was clean and very well lit. Tonight the traffic was not bad at all, so getting back on to Hillside Ave was super easy. This is not always the case with getting in and out of this station. All of the stations within this block are pretty much the same with the entrance and exiting, this one is a bit dicey because its just in a super bad spot. I have never had any work done at this location so my reviews are totally related to gas prices and convenience.
