This then made me wonder if the brakes were as bad as they claimed. They showed my wife brake pads that were metal on metal, which would have at the very least been squealing or grinding, and neither was happening. Furthermore, as bad as the pads were, they showed my wife the rotors would have shown damage, and there was none. My wife went in there to get one tire replaced that was supposed to be $130 by the time she got out of there the bill was $600 they are ripping people off. I met another young lady who told me what Pfaff's told her what was wrong with her van before they could do an alignment. She said they told her the wheel bearings were bad, the tie rod ends were bad, the struts, were bad, the rotors and brakes were bad. I jacked up her van the Wheel bearings were tight as could be, the tie rods were tight as could be, the struts showed no leaks and I asked her if her van floats she said no. Her brake pads were still 90% and there was no wear on her rotors.

I encountered what felt like arrogance, evasiveness, and a lack of accountability when I needed help after the sale. My questions were ignored, even when I followed up multiple times, yet I continued receiving promotional emails urging me to return. I also had a disturbing interaction where an employee called me unexpectedly and made false accusations that were not only unfounded but easily disproven. It was aggressive and completely inappropriate -- and I was forced to consider legal action if it continued. I regret completing my purchase here and truly wish I had gone to a different dealership for the same vehicle. I found another nearby location that has been much more helpful and professional, even though I didn't buy the car from them. This dealership's customer service appears to end the moment they have your signature. It was a complete shift -- overnight -- and unfortunately, their focus seemed to be entirely on the sale rather than any real commitment to customer satisfaction or follow-up. I have a strong credit profile and substantial car-buying experience, and I can confidently say this was the most disappointing dealership interaction I've ever had. We chatted, Jeff grabbed a patch kit and he patched that decently sized tire hole. My day was saved. I tried to stop by and they were closed even though it said open, oh well. I messaged them and I got in Feb 22nd where measurements were taken and there was almost no communication the whole time I was there. Measurements were taken again 21st. April 25th we scheduled for install for the wrap. There was no concern about how the wrap would be put on at this time. April 25th we picked up the jeep, it looked great from afar. I loved the colors and the sunflowers, the jeep really did stand out. As the next couple of weeks went by, I started noticing some of the wrap was peeling up and some of the wrap didnt look right. One of the areas looked like it was cut and just stuck on & some lines werent straight. May 16th I was sent an apology & was told "that obviously is not acceptable" and they were going to look and find a solution. May 18th I was told they were going to try a new vinyl and they could fix the peeling & work on the corner folding. (Sweet!). Didn't have an opening until June 5th, bummer but I took it. They ending up keeping it until June 8th, to make sure no issues came up. June 8th I messaged to see if it was done, because I hadn't hear anything. Response was "Ope sorry. Was thinking the guys would text you." I asked if they replaced all the vinyl, since they said the vinyl was the issue. They did not replace all the vinyl. I picked it up, I even pointed out a sunflower coming off right when we got there. I was told "This is the best we can do" & I was given back $300. June 23rd I messaged again, because half of the issues I had pointed out were still there and I felt like the money I had paid wasnt quite worth the quality. The only resolution was to remove the sunflowers and get a full refund. Very unfortunate, but I went with it because I wasnt happy with it. June 25th was the next opening. June 25th comes around I am told to drop it off at 9am and it will be a couple hours because they had to stop to go somewhere, and might be a little longer. I get there at 9am and nobody is there, I was told to put my keys in the Dropbox. They got done and sent me a message the keys and money were in the Jeep. I had no ride because I thought it was going to be longer. My Jeep was UNLOCKED, with keys under the seat and my refund of $1300 in the glove box. When I had someone pick it up, nobody was at the shop. Fast forward to today. We have scratches (they are small, but you can still see them) on multiple places of the Jeep where the vinyl was placed. My husband has messaged them and they are taking 0 responsibility. This was a really unfortunate experience and I feel like I've spent $1600 for damage on my brand new Jeep. I first met Vance when my truck decided to turn itself off and not start. Heller motors said they would tow it in to take a look at it. Vance miller showed up, was able to pick me up, and My Truck/Me to Heller Motors to have it looked at. It started right up for Heller Motors. They worked on it for over two hours but couldn't figure out what the issue was. They didn't find the problem and didn't fix it. They said I would just have to "let them know." I'm thinking, great, this will be a nice surprise for me to look forward to. Well today the big surprise happened. I was about a mile and a half north of Towanda heading back to Pontiac from Bloomington. Finding myself dead on the side of the freeway Vance was the first person that came to mind. I called and without hesitation Vance headed my way to rescue me from the sweatbox that my truck was becoming sitting out in that sun. Vance not only picked me and my truck up to drop off at Sam Lemon Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram in Bloomington but he took me to Enterprise rent a car up the road. They had nothing without reservation so he took me to the airport to check out Hertz, Avis, and National. No reservation, no cars. Vance then drove me back to Pontiac and dropped me off at my motel. You see, I am from out of town and that makes issues like this even harder because I am unfamiliar with the surroundings. Honestly, I wish I would have never met Vance because that would mean that my truck was in Tip-Top running order. However, I am glad that I met Vance because he was someone that not only picked me up and took my truck to where it needed to be but he was a local that I could bounce ideas off of and someone that could provide suggestions. As far as I'm concerned he went above and beyond the duties of a tow truck driver. In the end he didn't feel the need to stick it to me when it came to the bill. I hope that when somebody is in the need of a tow truck driver they go to Yelp to find their answer. Look no farther than Bernie's Towing and cross your fingers that Vance Miller is the person that picks you up.
