It wasn't as bad as I was expecting and they had it ready for me MUCH quicker that I thought. They were also very kind every time we spoke, explaining things to me when I had questions. When I picked it up, the estimate was spot on and very fair. A week later I had to have an ignition switch replaced in another, older vehicle. They couldn't get a new one, but found one online that I could buy, then I took it in and they got it fixed up - again, quickly and at a fair price - and we were back on the road. It's such a relief to know we these guys in Pontiac. So trustworthy, fair, kind and great at their job.

Pontiac is about a two hour trip one way from where we live but I contacted Ryan and from the get go we received unbelievable customer service. We drove down there on a Saturday and took it for a test drive and the car was impeccable. It was clean, Ryan provided the Carfax equivalent and gave us the background on the vehicle. We spent about 15 mins negotiating and agreed on a price out the door. We were there for a total of 35 mins that Saturday. We would have to come back the following weekend as we needed a week to get the finances in order. The following weekend we drove and did all the paperwork with Cathy and she gave us the run down on the vehicle and showed us how things worked. All in all, only another 35 mins. So 8 hours of round trip driving to the dealership and only 1 hour 10 mins at the dealership. Unbelievable!! It's usually the other way around. Fraher is a 3rd generation family owned dealership that provided us with the easiest car buying experience I have ever had in my 40 yrs of buying cars. Super friendly, exceptionally helpful, and willing to go the extra mile (literally)…read more Was on a 12 hour road trip when my car died halfway in, with only an hour left of his shift Shawn was kind enough to pick up a battery from the local autozone and deliver it. Upon arriving, he helped me diagnose that it wasn't a battery but a fuel pump, he waited with me an extra 15-20 minutes while I contacted Sennott auto brothers who were amazing at helping. He even towed me the extra 10 miles down the road. Together, Shawn and the brothers determined it was in fact my fuel pump and Sean took off. Shortly thereafter the awesome guys at Sennott Auto Bros had me on my was as well. Tl;dr: He didn't need to help me diagnose, didn't need to drive me an extra 10 miles down the road, and didn't need to stick around talking to those who were doing it to ensure it was done right, but he did - because Shawn is awesome.
