I wanted to get a drop in trigger on a firearm. The staff talked me into letting the smith do a trigger job - said it should be quick. It's been 7 weeks, I've called, and then stopped in after 6 weeks to ask the status, and if it hasn't been worked on to please return it so I can bring it to a smith who has time. The major disappointment - despite assurances the staff would contact the smith and give me an update quickly - after another 7 days waiting: Crickets - never got a phone call providing status. I called again today - got the same promises. I'm hoping to hear something soon. I realize delays happen, but leaving a customer hanging is just not courteous response.

I'm a retired law enforcement officer, and also a military veteran. As far as I'm concerned I've been in there twice. They are very overpriced and very unsafe. You never hand someone a pistol or a semi automatic with a magazine in it without clearing it I don't care if it's brand new in the cabinet you drop the magazine you lock back to the slide and then you handed it to me anyone going in there be careful. I saw a customer yesterday. Unload a 9 mm at the front counter standing right next to me because he wanted to sell it. I felt very unsafe. I would not recommend anyone going there and I will never be back there again. One more note they're selling used guns at full retail market value with no flexibility at all to negotiate that's absolutely disgusting.

One of the owners himself, after I explained my needs to transfer and ship the firearm, took charge himself and through out the transaction made me feel safe and that the shipment would be smooth and worry free but kept me appraised every step of the way even working on mothers day to complete the action!
