When discussing my firearm, I mentioned a price point around $350, which was immediately shut down without any real conversation. I was then told a much lower value based on a previous sale that didn't seem comparable. When I declined the offer and said I would go elsewhere, the situation escalated. The owner became hostile, raised her voice, and handled my property in a careless and disrespectful way by running outside and throwing my gun in a ditch next to the building. That level of behavior is completely unacceptable. Overall, the experience felt very unwelcoming and disrespectful. Regardless of the situation, basic professionalism and respect should be a standard in any business.

Even if that were the case, why not take the time to make sure someone new does understand the rules instead of being obnoxious about it? Also, considering multiple people on Yelp have said the same thing as I do, that your business tolerates staff being rude to customers, maybe you should look at your staff instead of blaming new customers. Most ranges I've been to go out of their way to make new female shooters feel welcomed. Sadly, not so of your range. I wanted to get a drop in trigger on a firearm. The staff talked me into letting the smith do a trigger job - said it should be quick. It's been 7 weeks, I've called, and then stopped in after 6 weeks to ask the status, and if it hasn't been worked on to please return it so I can bring it to a smith who has time. The major disappointment - despite assurances the staff would contact the smith and give me an update quickly - after another 7 days waiting: Crickets - never got a phone call providing status.
