Gas prices are ok , many pumps means no wait and no shady characters lingering around means I can get some gas and hit the road . But wait they have a brightly lite convenience store and I can use a nice large fountain drink and some lottery tickets . I am now hereby requesting further review and investigation,…read more Based on the response I received, it seems as though you are having a hard time understanding the situation. My claim is not that the quality of the fuel is bad, but that the fuel that I selelcted was not the fuel that was in the resevoir at the pumping station. If you reviewed your records, then you would see that I have ALWAYS selelcted 93 grade and on July 8th my vehicle became disabled because DIESEL was in my tank. My repair shop reported DIESEL in the tank. NOT 93. Therefore the 93 grade resevoir at the BP Station located at 871 Melrose had DIESEL fuel in it. This situation has irreperably destroyed my feelings about BP as an Organization overall. Instead of you recognizing the error and making your custiomer whole, BP as an Organization overall has taken the position that I knowingly purchased DIESEL Fuel and ruined my new vehicle. BP has taken the position that the customer and the repair shop are wrong and that is a disgrace. I am looking foreward to this matter being escalated to a higher level where the details of my claim are seriously reviewed and I am FULLY REIMBURSED for my purchase of the Deisel as well as the cost of the repair. Please be aware that BP has now lost yet another customer as I know that this is NOT the first time that BP has had this situation occur. I will never purchase anything from any BP station anywhere in the world ever again. Furthermore, I will be sure shed light on the mistreatment of myself as well as other former BP customers as it relates to BP the Organization stealing from and causing damage to customers property. I will look forward to hearing from the highest level of management. I arrive before 9am, there is maybe one car in front of me and I'm done in about 20 minutes, tops. My bestie gets gas here faithfully(I usually full-up @ Costco). She doesn't think she should ever pump gas. Lol. Nonetheless, our favorite attendant is Andy. He is the sweetest biggest flirt not in a #metoo #creepsquad way. Just in a make your day brighter, leave with a smile kinda way. Overall good location and good in a clutch, especially in bad weather when you don't want to get out of your vehicle. It can be a line however when they get busy. You know when everyone seems to decide to get gas at the exact same time.

On Sunday I sometimes treat myself to a western omelette on a hero. 2 eggs loaded with cheese. They are fast. They serve most drivers in the Hunt's Point area. That is how fast they are. If I am too tired to cook after work, they have a huge assortment of rolls and heros that they make right in front of you. From balogna to Montreal corned beef to chicken cutlet heros, they can make it simple or loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, salt n pepper, mayo, mustard, etc. They can toast your buns or you can have it nuked. The cheese is cut fresh as well from American Cheese (no Canadian thank you very much) to Monterey Jack with Jalapeno to Swiss to Provolone to a few others I am yet to try. During lunch, they offer a buffet style meal that you can load up in one of two containers. From meatballs to chicken to pork to mashed potatoes to various veggies and so much more, you would definitely return for another daily meal. I usually leave to work 6 days a week long before breakfast is served. I usually return from work long after the lunch is served. They also have cereals and noodles and jerky treats. The usual snacks you will find at a service station. The lotto machine is on, an ATM machine that charges the typical $1.50. A large variety of smokes and beer as well. I was a regular for my first 6 months at night. But now I am a periodical customer. I show up at any hour of the morning for my coffee, and I am prioritized even before the NYPD! For I respect the staff and stick up for them as well if an ignorant customer tries to bully them. They have diesel and various octane fuels. When I get my new ride, I might become a regular when it comes to fuelling up. They are either super busy or super ready to serve. In any case, you will be impressed....with everyone but the one guy. When you relinquish the establishment, you will know who he is if he serves you. For he sticks out like.....you know. Pump on Americo! Pump on!
