Come on folks not a bad shell gas station in the Bronx, for gas , quick cheap car wash , drinks , snacks , lottery tickets , cigs , etc . After picking up my repaired cell phones nearby , I got some decent priced gas , large cold drink for a buck and a few lottery tickets , and used the portable car vacuum in the back area to clean up the dog hairs that were infested in the cargo area .with all that in less then 10 minutes why and how could anyone give less then 3 stars , ok the no smile and unhappy looking clerk behind the counter may be void of joy and happiness but who cares , you are there to get gas , etc, and that should be enough .personally giving shell gas station in the Bronx 3 stars and now it's time to hit the road . read more

I went in there to play lotto and purchase some items and after I finished playing I asked for another 5$ worth of scratch offs. The man behind the counter told me to get out he has to eat. I said okay but he only gave me 3$ worth of scratch offs. He then yelled at me and ran me out of the store stating he would "slam me" if I ever came back. After a day paintballing or visiting nature, I always bring my car at shell to get gas and my carwash. I love there service. For $32.25 you get the inside and out clean. I tell you, they make My car look , like it can right out of the show room, after rolling in mud and having paint on it. The waiting area, is very clean and their bathrooms are well taken care off, this place look better than some restaurants I have been to. All in all I give it four stars for their service and the work ethics, there courteous nests and their speed in completing the job. read more

This place is awful. My mother had a flat tire today and had to pull into a spot on the side of the gas station by the air pumps. She needed to call roadside assistance to change her tire and they were going to take 1 hour to come. The manager of the gas station made her pay 10 dollars to occupy the spot for 1 hour until roadside assistance came and was rude to her saying that he will charge he should charge her more. I should add that my mother goes to this gas station every week to fill her tank even the the gas station down the street is significantly cheaper. I've never encountered a man that was so rude to a customer especially when he had 5 other open spots for customers. I told her to never give them her business again and to just go to the 76 that is down the block. Karma is real. read more

Ladies, don't visit this gas station alone. Why, you ask? Because if you do, you may be as unfortunate as I was to encounter an attendant who will ask you if you happened to visit this overpriced gas station solo. He also might ask you, while you are indeed alone in the store (just trying to get your receipt, mind you), if he can read your tattoo & try to look down your shirt -- that is, if you happen to have a visible tattoo above your neckline. Not only is this gas station overpriced, but if you happen to run into the attendant that I had the displeasure of dealing with, you will feel as violated & disgusted as I do now. No thanks! How can you be a fan of a gas station with high prices? The only reason I came here is because I was going to use my Stop & Shop Gas Rewards card to save 50 cents/gallon on gas, so I wound up paying a little cheaper than going elsewhere. This is not really a problem with this particular Shell Gas station, but with most Shell Gas stations that accept the Gas Rewards program. They seem to have higher prices to make up for what we should be saving. So thanks for almost nothing Shell. Otherwise, this station is nice and clean. read more
