I'm Local and I'll NEVER purchase gas at this BP station again. I asked about a Manager Contact and he stated No One local was in charge but he Failed to give me a name or Contact Number - SAD. Rally's is no longer there and its now a typical non franchise Mexican food place. read more

If my gas light had not turned on I would have never stopped here. It was really really gross, the bathrooms were really gross and you had to use a slide bolt to keep the door locked. Classic gross truck stop type layer of gross. read more

Let me preface this rant by saying that this gas station doesn't even deserve one star, but I don't think there is a "no star" option on Yelp. Our family stopped at this station for fuel on our way to Ohio. First of all, most of the gas pumps were out of order so THAT was a challenge. My step-daughter and I went in to use the restrooms and the nice young ladies in line before us let us know there was no papertowels to dry hands. I then walked up front to let the man (and I use that term loosely) at the register know that the towels needed refilled. He simply looked up at me and said nothing. So being the resourceful woman that I am, I grabbed a handful of napkins from the (dirty) snack/drink area. While my daughter was taking her turn in the restroom, the man from the register came around the corner and started to yell at me for helping myself to the napkins. He let me know that, as I "wasn't a customer" I didn't need those napkins. I politely let him know AGAIN that there were no towels in the restroom. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't have any and that I didn't "need" to dry my hands. Now please keep in mind that there was NO WAY one could leave this gas station without feeling a bit dirty. The place was filthy!!! I told him that I wasn't about to wash my hands and then have to touch the disgusting bathroom doorknob with my hands and I also let him know that I was a customer as, after pulling up to 3 different gas pumps that didn't work, we fueled our Jeep. He then yelled at me to put the napkins back. A gentleman finally walked around the corner and asked if I was ok which then prompted the store employee to back away and leave me alone. My man went in, after finding out how we were treated, and asked for the supervisors name and number. Of course the guy behind the counter was rude and mouthy and refused to give out the requested info. There are several other places to stop for fuel and such at this exit in Brazil. Don't bother stopping at the BP. It's a rat-hole!!! read more

DO NOT STOP AT THIS BP GAS STATION. Do not buy gas, gum, soft drinks or a single thing. Tried to use the restrooms (which were worse than filthy). There was no toilet paper, i went out to tell the guy behind the cash register. He didn't seem to care. I ask him again for toilet paper and he said he did not have any toilet paper and to use the men's bathroom. The men's bathroom was locked. I repeat do not go to this BP station for any reason. Don't buy gas here. I did so this morning, September 13, 2018 at approximately 6:30 a.m. I made it about 4 miles down SR42 and the car started running rough. I did make it work but went out to go to lunch and it will not start. I have 2015 Chevy Cruz that had no prior problems. If you want to get lied to, conned, hung-up on, and/or potentially ROBBED by the employees, definitely go here. If I could give zero stars I would. Literally this is the WORST gas station in the entire region. First, the cashier wouldn't accept an ID and then refused to say why. A few minutes after leaving, my BF realized he didn't have his debit card and called this BP. The same cashier answered and started asking questions but suddenly said "No" and hung-up on us WHILE we were talking to him. We drove back to this BP, tore the car apart, looked everywhere inside the gas station but the cashier kept insisting that it wasn't there and that we should leave. After he refused to call his boss several times we pressed him about security camera footage. Suddenly the cashier remembered that cards are "kicked under coolers all the time." The cashier walked up to a random cooler in a long line of coolers, gets on his hands and knees, the vent cover pops right off, the cashier reaches in and pulls out my BF's debit card. Before all this happened we had been driving for over 16 hours straight, were less than an hour away from our destination, and hoping to get in a nap before work. Because the cashier that night wanted to lie to us it added over an hour to our estimated time of arrival and instead of napping we had to race the clock to get to work on time.
