There's a reason why modern pumps allow you to pay at the pump. When I pulled in here, there was a bay of pumps for self-serve that had one pump for unleaded regular, one for a medium blend, and one for premium. After selecting the right pump, I fueled by throwing a lever and watched the dial spin as the gallons and cost kept rolling along. I then had to go inside to pay with a credit card. Once inside, I became aware of how small the "convenience" part of the station was. They do offer a car wash here. I think they may even have a service station option on site. But it felt like a lot of the pumps weren't being used because only two people could self-fuel on regular even though there are six pumps in the station. Time to upgrade to new pumps and add more convenience items inside. Review #2830

They do not have a pre-pay system so the clerk comes out with you and stares at you while your pumping gas. The people are friendly but, its kinda ridiculous to have to walk in get the clerk, walk back out while YOU pump the gas. Then, turn back and walk back in to pay for it. That's not remembering the old days, times back then that they are trying to show, servicemen would come out check your tires, oil and clean your windshield while pumping your gas. I am not saying bring that back, but make it easier to pay for the damn gas!

However, I pulled into this one since it was one of the closest to where I pulled onto the highway that merged into Morgan St. Fortunately, there is a center turn lane to assist in crossing the highway. I pulled into one of the open bays. The station was clean and the pumps were in good working condition. The bays were covered by a roof, but the roof doesn't extend to the convenience store/cashier building. Fortunately, it wasn't raining during my visit. The station had a kerosene pump near the building, but it was out of service. Outside the station, they also had an ice machine and ricks of wood. Overall, this was a good station, but nothing special. I was able to cross back into traffic by taking advantage of the nearby stoplights a couple blocks down each way. Review #3566
