This is a British Petroleum (BP) gas station at the Cloverdale/US-231 exit off of I-70 in West-Central Indiana. I don't know why the business name is coming up as "Bp Food Shop". Listen, I'm not one of those people who thinks you should drive an extra mile just to get cheap gas. I value my time as well as my money, and when my "Low Fuel" light pops on, I usually just pull in to the first place I see. Usually. But this was an extreme case. Yesterday, as I was headed southbound on 231, just after I went under I-70, I filled up at this BP for $3/gallon. $3!!! And then, less than a mile south of that, there were at least two stations with gas on the order of $2.75. True, the BP can charge a little more for the people it entices off the freeway. But at 25 cents per gallon, it might be worth pushing on the extra mile before filling up. read more

So the restroom was relatively clean. I was pleased. You know, in that "oh, that's kind of nice, I hope my spouse is done fueling" kind of way. But the clincher for all these stars? I'm tired of writing reviews honestly but I came in and got a snack for the final three hours of my drive and stood at the counter for a minute waiting on the cashier to finish counting change out of her purse....I said excuse me ma'am. No answer I wait a few seconds and say excuse me yet again. She looks up from sitting and goes I heard you. Continues counting, gets up walks over and looks at my stuff and goes, "is that it?" Nah bro I'm just standing here because it's fun. Just a rude experience. Maybe tell your employees to be more attentive to the job. It's not that hard to stand there and quit messing with the contents of your purse. read more

I love our local Bp gas station & convenient store. The owners are wonderful people, and always so welcoming and kind. They have all the food you could want for snacks on the go. They also provide alcohol sales, which is fairly priced. I used to work for them, years ago, and was always treated kind by owners. Keep doing what your doing Bp! You'll never lose my business. Bathroom was less then nice. Can only flush one toilet at a time. It was dirty and outdated. Can't really say anything about the selection in the shop itself, it looked crowded and messy. read more

None of the hold functions on the pumps work - you have to pump manually. Seriously NONE, like 0/12. They've been told several times but clearly do not care. The place is an absolute dump, they have no pride in their business. This place bothers me so much that I created an account just to post this. If you're driving though just wait a couple of more exits, there are much better options. read more

I stopped by this place at 11am for a fuel up and a quick rest stop. This place had one of the cleanest restrooms i have seen and as you exit they seem to have everything from Krispy Kreme Doughnuts to Noble Roman's pizza. Nice room to eat too. read more
